What can I say!! Our 4th time to the Iberotel in 7 years. Each time we live it a little more if that is at all possible. From the time you arrive and are welcomed and cases taken to your room you know you will enjoy it. Our room faced the side street. Half views of the Nile and into... More

Overall we really enjoyed our time at the Iberotel, it was well situated in Luxor, the staff were so friendly and would go out of their way to do anything for you. The food was typical for all inclusive, you can't expect a gourmet restaurant, but we always found something tasty to eat. I have no complaints about the food... More

My family and I were very happy staying here for the week. We booked quite late and did not know what to expect having not been to Egypt before. What we found was very pleasing especially the staff who were very friendly and most helpful. Although Egypt has suffered badly through lack of tourism which was evident through low occupancy... Lovely hotel and pool, we really enjoyed the facilities and the 'hard-working' staff were always friendly and helpful. Less so the management - found it difficult to change money and get service at the desk, but Adel, Sam and Hadig were very accommodating at the pool and bar. Would recommend eating at the pool rather than the main restaurant during... More

I won't discuss every detail of Iberotel, instead I will cover the aspects that I think could either make or break a holiday allowing the people for whom this holiday is not suitable, to reconsider, and everyone else to be prepared for the best possible time. For this reason I will mention some aspects of Luxor that would influence your... More

We stayed here as part of a two day visit to Karnak and the Valley of the KIngs. As we had travelled from our main holiday resort (another Iberotel), I was expecting the accommodation to be comparable. How wrong I was, our room, whilst having a good view of the Nile was basic, I was shocked to see an old... More

Could not have been better. We travelled as a family of 4 and was very impressed with the location of this hotel. Beautiful gardens right on the Nile. VERY clean, safe and happy hotel but it is the staff who make your holiday. The staff in Iberotel are the best I have come across anywhere in the world. Stand out... More

Couldn't have been happier with this hotel. Our triple room was ample and cleaned every day. The location was perfect and within walking distance of the temple, the corniche, the mummification museum, and temple square. We couldn't have asked for better staff, they were all very pleasant and couldn't do enough for you. Khaled (John Barnes) made us laugh every... More

I had chosen this hotel basically because of its proximity to the town centre and Luxor temple (both within easy walking distance) and that it was actually situated on the Nile (the gardens run from the restaurant/bar terrace down to the pool).Although a tad "faded" in appearance (the brownish carpets throughout do not add any charm to be honest and...
