I was booked into this hotel through a tour company for 2 nights. I left after 2 hours. When you arrive the hotel is a basic 2-3 star place thats very dated. I am not very picky when it comes to accommodation as I prefer hostels over hotel however this place is possibly the worst place I have ever been... More

When in Luxor I always choose to stay at The Gaddis the hotel I call "the gracious lady of Luxor". This year as always, I've found the management and staff at The Gaddis welcoming, helpful and willing to do all they can to make my stay as enjoyable, safe and relaxing as possible. Nothing seems too much trouble and for experienced traveler... More

We went there on september 2013 , we were the only italian tourists there because of the clashes which occurred in Cairo in that days. We met some canadians tourists, 3 or 4. The hotel is beautiful, big and with an amazing view on the fields from the balconies near the doors of the rooms. There is a big pool where... More

We were booked in this hotel by our tour operator for a one night stopover before joining a Nile cruise. The hotel is dingy with peeling wallpaper and dirty paint. Our rooms were filthy. There were no top sheets on the beds - just a sheet over the mattress and a dirty blanket! The bathroom was disgusting. As we arrived... More

Enjoyed my stay here immensely. The rooms were clean and large with freezing aircon. Bathrooms were clean and there was soft toilet paper (a rare commodity in Egypt)! The restaurant was great. A 3-course dinner for 30LE was GREAT value & the serving staff were friendly. Breakfast was in a restaurant by the pool & there was a good choice... More

The hotel is close to Luxor temple. The staff is polite. Not that clean. Most of the rooms never renovated, sink stacked, no hot water in some rooms, most of the things in the bathroom damaged, the air conditioning device was getting out smoke.
