I found the jewel of the Nile! From my room I can view the Famous Nile river! i have the kindest staff and service. The location is walking distance from anywhere I have wanted to go! The friendly staff speaks great English and is always offering to help in any way! There are restaurants and a pool or roof terrace... More

We've stayed in many hotels in Egypt and Gaddis hotel is an excellent place to say. They have plenty of hot water for their showers, clean beds/rooms, a nice balcony that from our room could view the nile (a block away), a clean swimming pool, good breakfast and a restaurant. The restaurant has very friendly service and the food is... More

When I arrived to Luxor airport representative from "ResortHoppa Combo Holidays" picked me up and took to the car were was a driver. I was surprised when representative asked me about £25. He exactly asked about British Pounds. I had dollars. My transfer was already paid and I gave him voucher. Visa cost 25$ or £19 but he wanted ££25... More

Warm and friendly staff, food very basic for the locals taste, generally hotel was clean and comfortable but the pool areas and the staircase was full of rubbish, seema like it hasn't a broom or brush for many months.

The staff is amazing!! We were treated warmly and considerately every step of the way. Most spoke English well, and all spoke passable English. Saad was a particularly nice person and went out of his way to ensure that we were having the most enjoyable time possible. The staff would give you great insights into the city and wouldn't deliver... More

Stayed here as part of a tour our Cairo hostel arranged for us. First impressions weren't great as foyer is dingy and dark and the person at the counter wasn't overly friendly. Room was fine however, a good size and clean. Had some issues with the water however they were quick to send someone to fix the problem. Breakfast was... More

They have a basic room and the overall service is bad. They don't speak English, don't talk with you, no towels and we got in the room, don't try to help you. We try to talk to the manager and it was even worst. They don't have a clue what customers service is.
