I thought this hotel was great when I stayed here on my G adventures tour, the view was awesome, the location was brilliant, the hotel even had it's own restaurant as well as on the the top level there was a pool. The rooms were comfortable but the shower took a while to get warm. http://www.candysglobetrottinadventures.com/egyptian-temple-kom-ombo-and-edfu/ http://www.candysglobetrottinadventures.com/karnak-temple-luxor/

I was on a G adventures tour and stayed here for 2 nights in April . The staff was very friendly. The hotel had a clean feel and will definitely recommend the Susana Hotel to my clients and friends. Just need to be careful walking around the square at night.

Whenever I recall my Egypt tour, I am lost with the moments I spent at Susanna Hotel. It was a treat to be here. The place offers wonderful ambiance and warm hospitality. Rooms were excellent and food was good. Above all the staff, they are really one of the most wonderful people on the planet, I have ever met. They... More

Stayed here as part of G Adventures. Shower was totally broken, but was fixed within a few hours. Shower curtain was way too high so water got all over the bathroom. Would've rather stayed at the Nefertiti Hotel just a few doors down.

Overpriced, since they charge you extra for the internet connection and breakfast is really poor, considering that they also served expired yogurt and when we pointed it out they tried to convince us that in Egypt yogurt does not expire at all (or maybe it does, 40 days after the date indicated on the package, as I was literally told... • Toilet - Drainage problems barely acceptable hygiene • Beds – average and pillows/bedding were inappropriate. • Noisy – street noise and reception played music ridiculously loud in the wee hours of the morning • Rooms - Small and cramped furniture outlay was not ergonomical • Breakfast – Breakfast predetermined by staff. Very basic of a standard quality. • Internet... More
