I stayed here for just one night in Nov 2010 and it was an Indiana Jones like experience, not for the faint hearted. It is conveniently located in the heart of Aswan and is very economical however it is run down and shabby.

The rooms were clean but nothing exceptional. I didn't happen to try the restaurant. They had originally lost our booking. When we showed our confirmation letter, she didn't seem to understand. English is spoken though not fluently.

Only was here for one night and it was quite enough. Very bad hotel in general. Bad conditions on everything. Not clean well. Breakfast?! I should ask what breakfast. They say theres tea. It was tea and dirty and old plastic cups used by everybody. Choose another if tou need to overnight in Aswan

stayed here for two nights in Aswan on November 2014 with a friend. The room was dirty with sands on bed. The first room they gave has a very strong mouldy smell, but they're willing to offer another room which was okay and has toilets inside. There's a window in the room which is important for me. They provide free... More

The rooms weren't clean enough and we found hair on the pillow and on the sheets! The hotel and the rooms are old and not fuctioning so well. The food was average too (breakfast and lunch). No free wifi! The location is good, near the train station and Aswan bazzaar. The staff was friendly, willig to help but the place... More

I stayed here in July 2014. I stayed for 2 nights and the hotel was standard. Breakfast was basic. There are eateries close by. The hotel staff were friendly and willing to help with baggage. An added bonus, there is a lift.

I stayed here in order catch the Nile cruise the next day. Good simple breakfasts, movies via satellite and good location by the train station. My room was a little dark but the a/c was great and it had a fridge. You should also be able to get a beer around the corner at the Saffa Hotel. Good variety of... More

Kind of falling apart building. Dirty small rooms. Plug points not working, burnt out light bulbs. Staff smoking in the lobby. No housekeeping during our stay and had very dirty towels in the room, we used our towels. Front desk guys do not help the hotel guest, they have no idea about customer service! But some staff really helped us.... More

We stayed at the Nuba Nile for 2 nights as we were planning to travel by ferry to Sudan. The Hotel is very close to the train station ...literally you walk out the front door and take the second road on the right and it is right there! Just outside the train station on your right also is the Tourist... More

The room is spacious and very basic(no tv). It is centrally located. The tourist market around 300m away but the price is cheaper in Attaba/Hussein Cairo. This hotel is quite gloomy and should be upgraded in order to compete with other hotels nearby.
