Giving 5 stars only for the hospitality of the staff- not for the property Mr Abdeen, the manager was excellent. He arranged for the airport pickup and drop at nominal price Abu Simbel Trip at competitive price[ it was 115 EGP per person but we had to pay 25/person extra as the number of occupants were lesser in the van-... This is just my experience...but basically I can't recall two worst night's sleep in my 8 months of travel (the recent overnight bus from Sharm to Cairo was more satisfying). We were staying in room 112 and there was constant noise ALL night. Not such a problem if you're going to Abu Simbel at 3am but when you're craving a... More

This hotel is a good budget option in Aswan. The hotel is in a good location, near the river and not too far from the train station. The rooms are simple yet clean. Our room had extra blankets, towels and hot water showers. And, bonus, they even have a hairdryer you can borrow at the desk! When we arrived we... More

There was miscommunication about the airport pick up and instead of apologizing which is all we needed, they were quite rude about it and continued to be rude throughout our short transaction. It is difficult dealing with taxi drivers straight off the plane at close to midnight and that was why we were not happy to begin with when they... More

We stayed for 2 nights here and had them book us the trip to Abu Simbel which was priced better than anywhere we could find at approx. $15 USD/PP. The hotel is in a convenient location about 2 blocks from the waterfront, 10-15 min walk to the train station. There was sketchy wifi, clean room and bathroom, really good breakfast... More

Not many tourists in Aswan at the moment but this is one of the budget options that has stayed open that everyone knows. Little difficult to find by yourself at first as its on a side "street" (we walked it from the station but some friendly locals pointed us in the right direction). Very friendly/genuine manager. Breakfast box available for... More

We felt bad when we missed the Abu Simbel Temple trip especially that we travell with our sleep, we talked to them and advice of our arrival and intention and made sound that everything is OK but First rating will go to Ahmed :) it was covered up with our trip to Nubian village with all the Bob Marley hahahaha... My journey to Keylany started at Giza's Sphinx Guesthouse. I got in my taxi and had to deal with two hours of insane Cairo traffic to get to the airport. When I got out of the terminal at Aswan airport the first thing I noticed was that I could breathe - a good omen. One of Keylany's drivers, Yaya, picked... More

Where to begin? The room is downright gross. I don't think they ever sweep them. Seriously. We did not take our shoes off when walking around the room because the floor was so dirty. The bed is hard and uncomfortable and the pillows are so large you can't comfortable use them. When we arrived we paid for the Abu Simbel... More
