Nile hotel is an amazing hotel located on the Corniche. It offers an amazing view of the Nile with beauty at its best. The rooms are decent well appointed and clean. The staff is friendly and courteous and location is perfect. So it is a place to make a halt at.

Standard basic hotel. Front desk lady didn't speak english very well. Restaurant in hotel was sparse and basic. Front desk set up Abu Simbel transport and felucca ride around Nile for decent prices-don't forget to include tips!

Stayed here as part of a tour with G Adventures. Hotel was ok. Breakfast was fine. There was a rooftop deck, but wifi wasn't really working. Location was decent. Across from a great restaurant - Panorama! They did laundry. Of course when you take a shower the water gets all over the bathroom, what's new. Had a small balcony in... More

This hotel is good value, and why I say this is because it is quite cheap (compared to other hotels in Aswa) but not a kind of luxury hotel. The staff are extremly helpful and friendly, but it could have been cleaner . The computers and internet where at the least extremly slow and are almost unusable, but the staff... More

Good location near the river. Rooms were adequate- clean and of ok size. Our window didn't shut properly, so we were cold the first night, but extra blankets were provided when requested. Most rooms seemed to be twin single beds, rather than double or king sized beds. Breakfast was good - traditional egyptian breakfast selection (falafel, pita bread, beans etc).

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights in Aswan. We were lucky to get a room with an amazing view of the Nile on the 3rd floor. The room was nothing special, the tv worked but couldn't find any english, the shower was better then some we saw in Egypt but the beds were ROCKHARD. I was so tired... More

...and a fair share of Egyptian traffic noise too. Stayed here with Gecko. Looking out at the Nile truly feels exotic and watching the sunset from the rooftop bar should not be missed. The room is OK in size, a bit gloomy. The mattress I got was hard even for me preferring them firm. Bathroom missed a lightbulb and the... More

we stayed 3 nights at this well located hotel, few minutes away from the Nubian museum, the Old Cataracts Hotel and the peers. Very average but clean. Great view over the Nile but very noisy as also by the busy boulevard. Sadly they have no free WiFi. The staff was very friendly and the bedroom well cleaned up everyday.

The staff wasn't as knowledgeable about activities and place to eat as we would have liked. We had our guide book, but it was hit and miss on for Aswan. The bed was hard and I suppose they tried to make up for it by creating animal shapes from our towels, they were really something to see. We ran out... More
