Don't get your hope up for this place. For sure, the hotel is fully group travelling, so be prepare. The location is far away from everything including the airport. Bed was ok enough to sleep in, not relaxation kind. Bathroom has running water, be careful when other rooms turn on their hot shower, it could burn you alive! Front office... More

I travelled alone to Cairo for a 1 month holiday. The Grand Pyramids was the best place I could have stayed for my final days in such a busy city. Once you step through the main doors into the relaxing, cool and quiet reception area your own relaxation begins. The service was everything I could have asked for, they firstly... More

It's OK. Fine as a base for Cairo tourism. Cairo is a noisy city and thus hotel cannot escape this. My aircon works (albeit only on full) so I run it with the windows shut and that works. Plumbing works well. Only wifi in lobby but this is ok. Ethernet in rooms supposedly People are friendly, speak enough English for... More

For a 4 star deluxe hotel it was surely lacking. Upon arriving to our room out washroom door was locked and we has to wait an hour before it was unlocked despite being promised to have it fixed within 5 minutes. Luciano restaurant took forever to get our food. Waited over 90 minutes to get meal while all tables around... More

I spent two nights at "Grand Pyramids" Hotel in Giza. You could feel that soothness once you enter the hotel especially in our case as we came straight from the Pyramids of Giza by quarter to noon in the morning. Swimming Pool ,the evening party & dinner were excellent. The reception, bell boys & the whole Hotel crew were very... More

The hotel rooms were comfortable and the bathrooms very spacious. We stayed here as part of a guided tour to Egypt, and the booking was done entirely by the tour company. The buffet breakfast was ample and included a selection of local foods and cheeses, and was very good. The area in which the hotel is located, however, is rather... More

This is my second stay in GRAND PYRAMIDS HOTEL, it was a very nice hotel every thing was awesome especially (the reception staff), they were very helpful, kind, smiley and good listeners to the problems they tried to solve any blocks quickly. Especially thanks for: The rooms were clean and good and the swimming pool was awesome, sure I'm going... More

Room service very poor. Linens were not clean and smell bad. No one did bother to help us carry our bags to our room. As a triple room was booked we made so many calls to put third bed, and at midnight they showed up. With all such negative feedback, the location is near the pyramids but overall service is... More

I have spent 3 nights in this hotel from August 15th and it was the worst hotel experience I ever had. 1. I have booked a triple room for two adults and one child with late check-in (11.30 PM), the room was not ready at all, we had only two twin beds and nothing for the third guest. I have... More

Recently stayed at the Grand Pyramids Hotel and I was blown away by it's oh so beautiful location - because you could see the Giza Pyramids from your room which make you feel immediately that you're in Egypt (if you can't believe yet). I booked this hotel at last minute and it was way more than what I expected to... More
