We spent 2 nights at this Hotel after arriving at 5.00 am in the morning in May 2008. We were served immediately with refreshments before checking into our room. Later we had breakfast, a wide choice at the Buffet. There was a chef stationed outside the eating area providing you with egg dishes the way you like it. Could not... More

My family & I arrived in the early hours of the morning, check in was very quick & smooth. The room was very clean & the sheets were freshly laundered. My daughters bed was set up very quickly after our arrival. We went straight down for breakfast, which starts at 6am. Food selection was very good too, it's buffet style... More

I booked this hotel based on the reviews I saw listed, and was very disappointed. The only positive thing was arranging for a taxi pickup to and from the airport which was expensive. The food on premises was awful; so bad that I had a bag of potato chips and a candy bar for dinner my second night because I... More

This hotel does not deserve 4 **** it is dirty, housekeeping is poor, most staff r lazy ,and the restaurant is disgusting .After complaining about the amount of flies (alive and dead) on the tables they closed it for 2 days when it reopened there was no difference. Also if u don't use hotel taxis which r expensive u have... More

I had visited this Hotel last year and reviewed. This year too I stayed there, I observed there, is none any big change. Yet it's worth to stay. Location is very good for Pyramid view. Otherwise not good location. Highest appreciable is very good breakfast and dinner. Lobby staff and other service is fairly good.

We were booked in during our 2 days sightseeing in Cairo. The tourism industry has been hit very badly by the current situation and the hotel was not full, but the staff were really friendly and helpful. Rooms were very comfortable, but showing signs that some renewal is necessary. Breakfast was excellent and the hotel is well situated for the... More

I booked this hotel as it is quite close to the Pyramids of Giza and away from the center of Cairo. As this was my first ever visit to Egypt, I wanted a place where I could see the culture and learn more about the people. I didn't want to be in a tourist area. When I got at the... More

I had booked 7 rooms at this hotel before Easter for a family destination wedding and was not disappointed. The hotel is a fair distance from the airport but when you get there its a very nice, clean, open and a calming place. The staff were very helpful and very efficient. Language is an issue with most of the working... More
