This is a beautiful, well run hotel with excellent service and an attentive staff. The rooms are very large with all of the amenities one would expect from a Four Seasons. The food at the Aura Restaurant was wonderful as were the breakfasts at Seasons. The health club had very modern, well maintained equipment and overlooked the Nile. I have absolutely... more

From our reception at International airport arrivals, rooms, dining, and room service, to day tours with FS limo driver and guide, we could find no flaws with this excellent hotel. What struck us most was the hospitality-oriented standard of all of the staff. All called us by name in fluent English. It sets a level that few other hotels can... more

I stayed here for 4 nights around Easter and I have absolutely no complaints. The physical condition of the hotel is beautiful, the amenities great, all the restaurants awesome (I LOVED the Lebanese), and staff attended to my every need even before it was antipcipated. The manager, Amir was so nice and helpful, and the concierge staff was helpful too.... more

We stayed at the Four Seasons for 3 nights just before Easter. Cairo is a frenetic city, dusty, dirty, falling down [the pyramids are the best built structures, nothing built recently is going to be arouns in 3000 years!], no greenery or parks to speak of but wonderful just the same. You are constantly surrounded by people who want tips,... more

I could find no fault whatsoever with this hotel or the very welcoming friendly staff. Nothing seemed too much trouble. The cleanliness of the hotel was unsurpassed. The decor of the hotel was of a bygone era and it just added to its charm especially after a hard day's sightseeing. more

The hotel is an average property. One has to go up a flight of stairs to the lobby--a little idiosyncratic. The elevators are claustrophobically small, and I kept getting caught when I tried to use the emergency stairwell. The rooms are a bit dated. We had two connecting rooms, and it was nice not to hear ambient noise from the... more

We stayed at the Fours Seasons for 6 nights total having started at Mena House and spent one night in Cairo, two in Luxor returning very gratefully to the Four Season for five consecutive nights. I am hard pressed to recommend a hotel in Luxor. Every service in the hotel is at the 5 star level. I recommend booking a... more

We (me, my husband and our 14 year old son) stayed here while on tour with Abercrombie and Kent. As you would expect with a Four Seasons property, the rooms are very large, the beds wonderful and the bathrooms very nice. We found the staff to be first rate and very helpful. The food and service in all restaurants was... more

Four Seasons Cairo at First Residence proved to be a very beautiful and relaxing hotel offering a calm oasis to retreat to after spending time touring the pyramid fields and Cairo. We had a wonderful view of the Nile River from our 9th Floor deluxe room for our three night stay. The hotel staff were very friendly and service oriented;... more

The food in 'The Lebanese Restaurant' was truly AWFUL! No wander it was always soooo quiet!!You can get fresher better tasting food at a roadside cafe!... more
