We thought it a great location, close enough to Cairo to do our sightseeing, even closer to the Giza pyramids - you can see them from the Hotel's rooftop terrace and watch the sun set. I blame myself for not looking on trip advisor first as this place was booked by our travel company in England on our behalf as part of a package to Luxor -the travel company said it was a fabulous place. Yes, we are yet another family who fell prey to the mosquitoes. Both my 7 & 9 year olds who had been bitten well over 100 times, looked like they were suffering from some form of disease.
