I have been in many countries in all continents , from Europe to Far East passing through Middle East and I think after staying in the most luxurious hotels I can make a judgement on the quality of service . Safir hotel in Cairo is surely the best . All the staff are smiling and fulfill your needs before you... More

I have to start by saying apart from the room i have not used any other services in this hotel. The room was very clean well maintained and furnitures were nice. Location of the hotel was a bit odd but it did not cause much of problems. It won't be on the top of my list for a future trip... More

This isn’t one of the big ticket Cairo hotels, and for a moment I was disappointed by not being in of the city’s legendary hotels. But it turned out to an excellent choice. Safir is not exactly by the Nile, nor is it in the traditional Tahrir area. But it is less than half a kilometer from the Nile on... More

Very Luxury hotel, with hilgh level of cleanliness all over the hotel, and a high value food. Most of guests are diplomatic guests. The worst thing i have ever faced in hotels that i faced many impolite persons within the staff in that hotel. Really impolite persons.

Front desk staff provide a service with pleasure, the kitchen and security staff need some more training. Top floor rooms looking towards Nile are worth considering. Beds are big and comfortable.
