We stayed here for three nights in December and although the grounds are lovely and our bungalow room was fine, I was very disappointed with the food. We had dinner there both evenings in the only restaurant that was open – probably because there were so few guests. A good base from which to explore Cairo and especially the pyramids. Single storey buildings situated in beautiful gardens and quiet environs. Rooms are spacious with large bathrooms. The hotel is abeautiful resort, 10 mins drive from the Giza Pyramids. The rooms are independent Bedouin style designed with a lot of greenery and water around the rooms. Stayed here as family of 5 Oct 2011 at start of tour of Egypt. Rooms are basic, but perfectly fine. Grounds are very pleasant - low-rise buildings, with plenty of greenery and fountains.
