they don't reply to emails to confirm booking. they don't understand english very well. they'll pass the phone to at least 3 people before you can ask a question. you can't complain to management because there's no one to contact besides front desk. more

I was traveling with with my 11yrs son.It's not a 5star hotel but we were happy with it. I cant give this hotel a good review. Checked in at 2am.. had my car parked by the valet and by morning 10am they hand pinched my camera with all my 3 weeks pictures of our honeymoon.. The breakfast was lousy, service lousy, location dingy..not a place i can recommend for tourist..definitely not a 5 star - maybe 3 star.. more

We were booked in to this hotel assuming it was going to be nice. It's not. We had a "superior" room which maybe 10 years ago would have been. Most furnishings were worn out, no bed spreads (mattress on box springs), peeling wall paper, worn out wood floors. The bathroom was all marble but all the plumbing fixtures were worn.... more

We stayed 2 days, room is not bad, but service is terrible. Breakfast is poor and expensive. The hotel was listed as a four star hotel in Giza, close to the pyramids. It was located in a rural area, far away from everything. The streets around did not exactly invite for a evening walk.
