I found the hotel clean, well organised. Staff helpful (be it a bit slow to help at breakfast). Overall very good. The dishes are always fresh and outstanding, with a sensation of flavours brought steadily to the table throughout the meal. A fresh take on the Japanese style of leisurely eating and drinking with friends.
