This hotel was very clean, the staff was pleasant, the concierge was helpful. The food buffet was somewhat generic but everything was fresh and staff was prompt and courteous. We were on the 8th floor and a balcony overlooking the nile and city skyline. It was absolutely beautiful. I enjoyed our stay here very much. more

We spent 5 nights at the Sheraton Cairo. The room was nice, the breakfast buffet was excellent, the service was good. No complaints. It's a central location, close to Zamalek, close to downtown. more

This is a large hotel with upper ad lower lobbies. The staff were very efficient and we liased with concierge a lot as our baggage got lost and they called the airline for us.
