We were just here and loved it! They staff are very pleasant, helpful and courteous. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. I can't really speak to location since we had a driver so walking and public transportation were not an issue. Just beware: all hotels in Egypt add 25% tax! more

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights at the end of May. We booked the room on the Conrad website. It never mentioned that the hotel was undergoing renovations, which meant that all but 1 restaurant was open and pounding began at 9AM. The service was totally inconsistent. One afternoon we tried without success to reach either guest services... more

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. We arrived via local black and white taxi cab after being bombarded by twenty taxi drivers in the airport. It was an hour drive with major traffic. Driver said he knew our hotel location but still ended up asking for directions. Driving and traffic is crazy in Cairo. There... more

A five star hotel set up mainly for the conference and buisiness market. situated fronting onto the Nile and next to the World Trade Centre in Cairo. The staff were efficient but not really very freindly. The restaurants are in the process of being refurbished so all meals needed ot be taken in just one restaurant. The prices of nearly... more

Attended a travel conference here for 5 days. Nice hotel overall, they try to give good service but seem to fall over themselves when giving it. Positive - generally clean, good lifts, nice size rooms, good breakfast (but then again this is billed as 5 star) Negative - Prices of minibar, alcohol in general and particulalry the internet pricing is... more

Found everything to be in order, on both stays at this property. Staff cordial and extremely helpful, even when I asked to find a repair shop for shoes, with only the day's notice. Repairs were made, shoes returned and nothing charged (20 egyptian pounds was what I gave upon the request). You are greeted with fruit and a welcome card... more

The services was lousy and it was not up to standard like it used to be. We stayed in Conrad Cairo in their... more

My friend and I booked this hotel at the start of our trip through Egypt. The flight was long and we were exhausted. The staff were welcoming and the hotel was clean and well appointed. Our room had a balcony which overlooked the Nile River. We had two double beds which were very comfortable. The bathroom was large and there... more

We had a wonderful stay at the Conrad. The staff was lovely and went out of their way to make us comfortable. As frequent Hilton guests, we were upgraded to the Executive floor. The use of the lounge and additional amenities in our room were a welcome respite from the hectic Cairo environment. We used the room service on several... more

I stayed here for three nights in April 2009 with my mother and young daughter. The check-in process was quick and we were able to use our room well before check-in time. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient. Our room was typical for a large international hotel, with a very large, clean bathroom and a terrace looking out... more
