I stayed at the Salma because by tour started from there. The hotel was okay. It was nothing spectacular, but it certainly wasn't the worst I had ever stayed at. The rooms were clean but a little on the shabby side. The food came to the table hot. The staff were friendly and helpful. Laundry service was cheap and reasonably... more

I stayed at the salma for a few nights while in Cairo. It's location isn't too bad, it's a short walk from alot of restuarants however make sure that if you use a taxi that you can give them directions as many get a bit lost. The rooms are always clean but the beds are a bit hard. If you... more
