One of our rooms had an issue with the air-conditioning. The hotel apologized and upgraded us to a suite. All the rooms we saw were lovely. There was a great choice of restaurants for dinner, the breakfast buffet was one of the better ones we encountered & the staff were great, all were friendly & helpful. More

Remember in Egypt the star ratings are different. Hotels are given an extra star rating just for serving alcohol, so 4 star without alcohol and 5 star with alcohol are the same. The hotel is only average, but I did get lots of help from the employees there (not the front desk managers, they were rude). Rooms are dated (stayed there 4 nights in different rooms). AC was good in the room, but not in the lobby. More
