It's a big city hotel. The rooms are large and comfortable. Bed is a bit too hard and a small tv, but who is here to watch tv? One of our rooms had an issue with the air-conditioning. The hotel apologized and upgraded us to a suite. All the rooms we saw were lovely. There was a great choice of restaurants for dinner, the breakfast buffet was one of the better ones we encountered & the staff were great, all were friendly & helpful. More

Remember in Egypt the star ratings are different. Hotels are given an extra star rating just for serving alcohol, so 4 star without alcohol and 5 star with alcohol are the same.
