Myself and my boyfriend travelled to Egypt to stay in a five star platinum hotel in Sharm el Sheikh which was stunning and completely luxurious. However, being in Egypt we booked an excursion to see the sights in Cairo and Luxor with Sharm Excursions (dont book anything with these fools! I will be writing a review to outline the poor... more

Where do I begin. The hotel is shabby, dirty and in need of complete refurb. We were on 10th floor and were kept awake all night from the traffic noise and constant tooting of car horns. The smell of city fumes choke your throat in the hotel lift and along the corridoors - it is fresher outside! The water would... more

What a absolute dive ths was - never ever ever stay here. We are two seasoned travellers who have stayed in pretty basic accomodation but nothing compared to this place. Rooms were filthly, carpets looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years, bedsheets were ripped and stained, no towels or lamp in our room. Having travelled by bus for 7... more

I checked into this hotel with my husband at 7pm on 25th March, by 8pm we had checked out. Luckily we are familiar with Cairo and were able to make a couple of phone calls to find an alternative Hotel for our holiday. This has to be the most dreadful hotel, even by Egyptian standards. The entrance and reception area... more

what ever others say about the noisy street outside, just being able to sit on the roof, chill out and watch the pyramids has got to be well worth it. Lying on our bed in our room, you could watch the pyramids change colour in the sound/light show. Be warned the location is a long 25km ride from the airport... more
