Stayed only one night on the way out of Egypt. Asked for airport pickup and they confirmed this but there was no one there when we arrived, which resulted in an appalling taxi journey to the hotel. Great service if you are staying on the Club d'Elegance floor with your own private lounge where you can have breakfast, afternoon tea and supper away from the crowds in the buffet below.
