Cairo Paradise is a great place to crash if your not looking for too much luxury. As we were on a bachelor's party, we were out all day visiting the sites and got back at night only to crash. The hotel is a little hard to spot at first, being tucked away on the 4th floor of building in very... More

Stayed here with a family of 6 for six days in March 2013 and we were made to feel very comfortable and looked after very well. We went on a number of excursions and they were all very well planned except for Alexandria where we were taken on a Friday so we were very disappointed but our complaint was acknowledged... More

Pros: good value, central location, and friendly staff Cons: so many mosquitos (killed one in my room every 15 minutes despite A/C being on full), broken elevator for part of visit (six flights of stairs), and lots of street noise in rooms. Overall, still a good value, but am a bit surprised by its top ranking.

I discovered a true gem in the heart of downtown Cairo. My first impression upon entering the lobby of Paradise Hotel was the professionalism and genuine friendliness of the staff and their attention to cleanliness. The atmosphere in the hotel is sheer tranquility as the entire staff respects your privacy, but is always available to accommodate any request. The rooms... More

This is a value for money establishment, in central downtown. Staff go to great lengths to assist to make your stay a good experience, either organising tours or assistance as we needed with lost bags. The room we had was spacious and clean, breakfast had little choice but filling, with options nearby if required, airport transfer worked a treat. There... More

Cairo Paradise Hotel is an affordable hotel right in the heart of the downtown business district. The prices are fair and these guys go out of their way for you. The staff is professional and there is someone behind the desk 24 hours a day. The rooms all lock with sturdy dead bolts and I liked the high ceilings. As... More

I stayed here at the beginning of June. The hostel is located in a run down building, but this is typical of Cairo. The concierge nicely told me who would not carry my luggage to the reception as he has a bad back. It does have a lift. The staff are very friendly and I felt comfortable and at home.... More

Was in cairo just a few days before the second revolution, The place was a little difficult to find, but once we got there everything was uphill. the guys working there are extremely warm and more than helpful. They sorted out everything for us, including tour package and exchange of currency at the best rates. The rooms were exactly what... More

I would recommend this hotel for people staying in Cairo! The room was very basic but clean and had air conditioning. The shared bathroom was very clean as were the sheets and towels. The staff was relly helpful, they helped us book another hotel for a good price and answered all our questions! We would like to give a special... More

I have travelled to many places and this was my first hostel experience! I went with three other friends and found the experience worthwhile. I would recommend this hostel to anyone. It's not a hotel, but the service is star quality treatment. You cannot beat the location and price of Cairo paradise. It's located rightin the heart of downtown where... More
