Elevator didn't work so you have to walk about 5 flights of stairs to go up and down. The bathrooms were dirty and no water pressure or hot water. The staff would only help or give advice if you were booking through them. If you didn't pay them, they would not tell you any recommendations on things to do or... More

I enquired about staying at the hotel and was glad it was only for one night. The staff seemed okay and friendly, no problems there. The hotel/hostel is generally run down. The place is not kept clean. The rooms are barely acceptable and I got a room that was not made up and no one bothered to make it up... More

It is located in an old building with 5 minutes walk to the Eygpt Museum. The staffs are quiet and friendly, and even didn't keep the change when I booked a deliver... The room and the bed were not well cleaned...which made me uncomfortable during the stay. So it is an economic option only, do not expect more.

Staff their are helpful and not intimidating, they booked us a driver who was absolutely lovely and not 'over friendly' for the day to drive us around and t the pyramids for only £15. There were three of us, two girls and a boy, and they gave us the biggest room, with a curtain divide to separate from the boys... More

Room was clean BUT! BUT!!! Hotel staffs have no conscience. I used luggage storage service. (It's my parents wedding anniversary gift!) But they lost my luggage! They said "French woman took your luggage. She will give it back to you" 31 days later, I didn't receive my luggage. I sent E-mail but thet didn't I haven't yet heard from them.... More
