We stayed at the Kempinski Nile because we were familiar with the chain's excellent service and comfort. It did not disappoint! It is smaller than the 4 seasons which is just up the street, but the views, rooms, and food are comparable for a much better buy. I would recommend the Nile view room on a high floor for the... Only one visit to this hotel, an oasis in a sea of chaos. To be precise May 2013. Reception staff are efficient and very helpful. The room we had had, a Nile Junior suite, was very comfortable, although just a little cramped. The windows opened and the airconditioning worked (barely). It was not pleasant to have the windows open at... More

I stayed in this beautiful hotel 3 times so far for a total of 18 days, during September 2014 and then recently in October, 2014. Its obvious that I keep on coming back to it as it proved it self to me. The hotel is excellent and what made excellent is the amazing staff working there in every area. Starting... More

This hotel is located along the banks of the Nile River. Rooms are somewhat small and could use updating, but they are immaculately clean. The real gem here is the service! The staff is the best staff I have ever encountered. Tips of advice, DO NOT prearrange tours, let the concierge help you upon arrival. Our concierge arranged a felucca... More

Had a great time at the Kempinski. Staff are generally very friendly and attentive. There was a slight hick-up with my room the first night, but the room manager, Mr El-Amin, kindly sorted things out. Only hiccup was the checkout. Had to catch a flight and came to reception at 6:45 am, where there was a long queue and only... More

My husband and I stayed here at the end of August. We had been honeymooning in Greece for a few weeks, then went to Sharm El Sheikh and finally ended our honeymoon in Cairo before topping it all off with an Egyptian wedding reception. Our wedding took place in the East Coast of Canada but my husband has extended friends... More

Stayed here for two nights and had a very comfortable stay. Breakfast was delicious and a drink on the pool terrace overlooking the Nile is not to be missed. Room was comfrotable as well. If you want to get a room with a Nile view, we recommend asking for a higher floor. WiFi was slow our first day and completely... More
