Dear all, Allow me to take this chance to thank every single team member of the hotel for their professionalism and cheerful spirit. Yesterday I organized a small event in the ball room and it was great success from every aspect. I never received such great hospitality in any other hotel in Egypt or in USA,but last night I was... Great hotel. I expect more from the lobby, a bit dark. But the bar upstairs with Nile view and live music it's very pleasant and the barman very kind as all of the stuff. You can walk along the Nile and to the markets near by. Roof top poll but not impressive.

I stayed for two nights at the Kempinski Nile, and I was warmly welcomed. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. I appreciated that my request for a late check-out was quickly met. My room faced the British Embassy with a side view of the Nile. It was beautifully decorated and very clean. The bed was comfortable, and I... More

I arrived to Kempinski Hotel at 8:00 p.m. November 30, 2014 and I was staying for 5 nights The first thing you can notice the time you step in to the Hotel is the smiley staff. They were all friendly, efficient and welcoming which is really nice. When it comes to the room, in the room we had a balcony... More

The hotel itself is not bad for the short stay. There is parking for your car.Location is nice.Egyptian museum on Tahrir square just in 15 mins. walking distance. The personnel of the hotel is very kind, but people at the reception are not professional enough for the "Four seasons" level. The room wasn't crystal clean-the carpet and curtains were very dirty.Pay attention on the... My wife and I spent a wonderful 5 days at this lovely hotel. The room was wonderfully soundproof, sweet, and had an incredible view of the Nile from our balcony. All of the staff were amazingly attentive and genuinely friendly. Amr in the restaurant was wonderful and made me smile daily over breakfast. Each trip we organized with them worked... More

Nice professional staff and good location. There is a busy road outside between the hotel and the river, so a bit dangerous getting to walk by the river, and it's noisy on the room's balcony. However, the room soundproofing is excellent and we slept very well. Bathroom is good, but only a single sink. The rooftop pool is lovely but... More

A great hotel with really nice staff who went out of their way to ensure I managed to visit the pyramids and the museum during my business trip. They even arranged a guide (Hella) who was perfect for the few hours we had. The hotel has no shops (unlike some others nearby) but does have an ATM and a great... More

We stayed at the Kempinski Nile because we were familiar with the chain's excellent service and comfort. It did not disappoint! It is smaller than the 4 seasons which is just up the street, but the views, rooms, and food are comparable for a much better buy. I would recommend the Nile view room on a high floor for the...
