As far as 5 star hotels in Cairo go, this is probably one of the best. Decently maintained, free wi-fi, fairly well-trained staff, decent gym and pool and the a/c actually works at night. It's not downtown, but it's 10mins from the airport and surrounded by lots of shops and restaurants. It's a very good standard, for Cairo.

I have been staying here a while and I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The food has been good, the rooms are comfortable, the service has been excellent and the staff are friendly. The swimming pool was maintained.

I regularly stop over at this excellent venue enjoy the Beymen mall (sale expensive hotel but worth every penny you pay. Sadly this Radisson does not match my experience of other Radisson hotels in the Middle East. Check in took over an hour, there appeared to be some confusion about the booking and they wanted me to upgrade for an additional $35/night for a pre-paid booking which as it turned out had not been pre-paid!
