Stayed here for the first social enterprise world conference in South East Asia. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the conference facilities good with plenty of space for the many delegates. The food was very good. The rooms let the hotel down slightly as the décor was a little tired and the furniture quite basic and beginning to... More

Staid 4 nights for a conference. Room ample for one with a double and a single bed (Korean size) but would have been crowded for 2. Furniture getting on a little with some hinges wobbly. Surprisingly little storage in the room, hanging space for 1/2 dozen hangers and a couple of drawers only, which meant living out of the suitcase... More

I stayed 3 nights here for business purpose so even though the location is a bit far from city center, it was not really a minus point. Traveling is convenient enough by hotel shuttle bus to Yang-jae subway station. You can also take a taxi from there to the hotel which costs only $5. The room is clean and quite... More

The hotel is located on a large plot (which can be utilised even more imaginatively). It serves very good breakfast and lunch buffet spreads. The E-Mart is within a walking distance and so is a forest garden. The staff is polite, helpful and speaks good English. The conference facilities conform to international norms. Housekeeping standards are of a high order.... More

I chose this hotel based on location and price on a discount site. What shocked me was the cost of anything here. A cup of Americans coffee is $9 and the breakfast buffet is $26. The coffee shop offers no food and the buffet is the only option. Web is $10 a day, but it is noon to noon everyday,... More

This is an older hotel and while the rooms are clean, the rooms need renovating. The beds are rather firm and the pillows are lumpy. The towels are OK but there is only one small bar of soap provided and it's not even replenished every day. There are two small bottles of mineral water. I had difficulty trying to adjust... More

Nice hotel. Nice breakfast. Nice service. But the location is not good. We stayed 3 nights on a business trip. 30 minutes' drive takes us to the hotel from downtown. If heavy traffic is expected, you should avoid using a taxi or a bus. Apart from this, this hotel is almost perfect. If you pay 1000 won, you can use... More

This is a hotel, the level of which is somewhat equivalent to Marriott Residence or Hyatt Place, etc. - it's almost there, but not quite the international level, which is expected as Korea is not known for being the tourist destination (except for other Asians). My room was clean and the BREAKFAST WAS FANTASTIC (with various food selections and on-site... More

Rooms are basically clean but they are really old, giving them a slightly dingy look. Paint peeling off the furnishings, mysterious dark spots on the carpets, calcified goo on the soap dish...that sort of thing. But critical things, like bed sheets and towels, are clean. I can't imagine why anybody would want to stay here unless they were going to... More

Service is very good, but not all staff members are fluent in English, so guests must be patient. Be warned that the hotel is very far from the center of Seoul. Although there is a free shuttle service, which is very helpful and always prompt, most areas of interest in central Seoul are still very far from the station where... More
