This Hotel is Very OK OK for stay. The Buffet is not very good. But as it is located in the heart of the financial center there are other options to explore in the hotel. All though the ambiance of the hotel is very nice and the rooms and bathrooms are very spacious.

bad things were: - some trash in the corner of the room which was not cleaned well even on the first day; too much dust on the computer and on the bed-head; I put the sign "please, do my room" every day and there was no change at all!!! - breakfast was awful!!! Almost no food, fruits (bananas actually) looked... More

I don't expect much from a hotel in a major city center for such a price. You get what you paid for. I stayed in executive room for 4 nights... The room is apparently larger than a standard one and has a huge Jacuzzi tub and steam room in the shower. Room layout can be thought trough better, I guess... More

Stayed here back in 2008 and always meant to rate my experience. My room was great, the bathroom was like a mini sauna and the staff were quite pleasant and friendly. I suppose it doesn't hurt that I speak Korean. Yoido is a hot location and this hotel is situated strategically. If you need quick access to the parliament building,... More

The Kobos's furniture was pretty old and breakfast was so poor, nothing to enjoy in this hotel but location near the city center. The restaurant was so small and you must be waiting if you stay up late.

Kobos is an average basic hotel with decent price . It has not much services but decent room with decent cleanness. I stayed in executive room and had a whirlpool which worked ok. The heating was good. The location is convenient. It was close to IFC shopping mall. The bad part is that room is somewhat small and the fridge... More

The best thing about Kobos is the location. There is a direct limousine bus line from Incheon Airport - 6030 - that will take you almost in front of the hotel, in about one hour (one stop only) and it will only set you back 15,000 WON (about 10 Euro). Same goes when headed back to the airport, with a... More

My first criterion for choosing a hotel in a large city is proximity to metro station. Hotel Kobos is within walking distance of two stations. In three stops (including one transfer) you can be in Hongdae where there are tons of shops, restaurants, bars, etc. It's great! (Also, taxis in Seoul are CHEAP so don't feel like you need to... we've stayed at Kobos for 4 nights. the hotel was chosen by our travel agent. perhaps we should have spend some more time on checking the hotels by ourselves. definitely this was not the best choice. though the location is perfect (metro station is just 5 mins walking distance; many eating places are just next to the hotel etc) the... Located in a quieter area near National Assembly. A 5 minute walk from the Subway and lots of eating places nearrby. The airport bus stops 5 minutes walk away . The staff were fantastic, helpful and welcoming. The room was a treat, heated floors, filtered water machine and a computer in the room. The bathroom was huge with a spa... More

Staying in Yeoido

Neighborhood Profile
Yeoido
Along with Gangnam and Samseongdong, Yeoido completes the trifecta of Seoul’s three main business districts. Steel and glass towers are the most visible sights, reflecting Yeoido’s general association as a business hub. But Yeoido is also where Korea’s laws are debated and enacted by Korea’s legislators within the iconic National Assembly Building. For an escape from urban life, the Yeouido Hangang Park is one of the most popular parks along the Han River for Seoulites. Each spring, cherry blossom trees go into full bloom and the sight of the rows of pink trees and cherry blossom petals blowing in the air is a magical one that shouldn’t be missed if your timing is right.
