Great location near the COEX and the subway. Hotel staff were friendly and most spoke English. Front desk was very helpful to a foreign traveler and wrote down names of places for me to show taxi drivers. Room itself was clean and as advertised. This hotel was fine but difficult to find. Don't believe the transportation info on the company website or Expedia. Don't take the 6006 bus from Incheon. It doesn't drop you off by the Rivieria Hotel but instead It drops you off at the COEX Mall. Instead, take the 6010 bus from Incheon and get off at the Rivieria Hotel and... more

Decent hotel. Free ethernet supplied internet in each room. Western style (though more of the European-esque) bathrooms. Right off of the Cheongdam subway station so quite accessible. There's a bus stop right outside which runs a few direct buses each day to Incheon airport for only ~$10. Never tried breakfast so can't comment. A bit dirty in the halls.... I... more
