Awesome! Awsome location. CLEAN! I stayed here for 6 month on business and really enjoyed it. Insadong is just a few minutes walk. The subway is few minutes also. The resturant on the first floor was a good place to drink with a nice garden view but food was okay not great.

We reserved this hotel from their own reservation page for a long term stay. We have been Seoul 2 years ago and seen it then. We thought it would be more convenient because of its location and sizes of the units. Well, it is a good location, but the staff at the reception is not very friendly and or welcoming.... More

Our previous stay at Somerset Palace Seoul was 2 years ago in Dec 2012. This time round, we decided to stay at Somerset Palace Seoul again because of previous good experience. We stayed for 5 nights at room 724. Good Points: Booking made via their website was informative, easy and smooth. Front desk was always helpful and the staff spoke... More

Spent 3 days in Seoul. Loved It. This hotel made it simpler and better Next to the main Temples, to Insadong, the famous street, we were able to start our days walking. The italian restaurant inside, with the beautiful garden, made it adorable.

Stayed here for a month and half this past summer. In terms of pricing, this place is priced a bit higher than the other residential suites. (Probably Fraser Place can top this place in terms of pricging, but they cost almost double.) Room shows a little tiny bit of aging, yet well maintained. Very spacious, breakfast is fine, and super... More

Somerset is in the middle of THE most popular destinations, Insadong, the palaces, and walkable to lots of museums and even Myeongdong. You get several bonuses staying here - the combined bedroom and living area is spacious and a sliding door provides some privacy between the two. Our total stay here will be 12 days and the washer/dryer is so... More

This hotel is very conveniently located near Insa-dong. In general this area of Seoul (including towards City Hall) is bustling and in easy access of many subway lines. I believe that the entire hotel is geared towards long-term stay visitors, so every room includes a full kitchen. Convenient if you need it, pointless if you don’t. The room itself seemed... More

The best thing about this hotel is its central location, near numerous points of interest in Seou. The hotel staff is pleasant and competent. Other than that, the hotel rates pretty poorly. The furnishings of our room were barely adequate. A nice desk, with an Internet outlet, but the couch was in bad need of a deep and thorough cleaning,... More

I chose Somerset because of the family and its proximity to the SamCheongdong and Gyeongbokgung Palace and Museum and art galleries . The 2 bedroom suite is just nice for the family. It is large and comes with a kitchenette and washing machine ( perfect for us as we want to do laundry. It is a serviced apartment. However, the... More

Don't expect wonders here. It's the standard philosophy: you have what you need, but no luxuries. I.e. no ammenties; i.e. not too big bathroom. And you can hear street noise in night time (my room was in the sixth floor). But on the other hand everything is clean and works; and staff is very friendly and supportive. It's located downtown,...
