Perfect for that stop over to break up the trip. The hospitality of the Koreans is second to none. The stop over includes dinner and breakfast vouchers where the food was authentic as well as western dishes. The gym is fantastic and I recommend using it and also the beautiful pool. Winter is freezing so be prepared and the weather... More

This hotel was Sheer perfection! This place goes down as one of my favorite Hotel stays EVER! Had a 22nd floor corner room over looking Gangnam. From check-in to check-out the staff was Incredible and accommodating, The location was ideal for nightlife and sightseeing. The floor-to-ceiling windows and modern minimalist design of the rooms are beautiful. I cannot praise this... More

Great Hotel with big Spacious and bright rooms. Excellent service and politeness of the staff is out of this world. The atmosphere is also very tranquil and quiet everywhere. The only odd thing is the complicated elevators to the rooms. Definitely recommended for Business travel.

Stayed here for 7 nights and gradually the hotel design began to get frustrating despite the staff trying their best to compensate. First flaw is having the main check in desk on the top floor which is next to a bar area which makes it quite noisy. Also located here were the gym and swimming pool also visible through glass... This is the hotel I now use as a bench mark for all other hotels. It is completely seamless from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave. If only all hotels where his good. They aren't, so that's what makes it so special. On check in we are guided to our rooms and shown how to use the... More

Had good 3 nights stay at Park Hyatt. Since I traveled with my mom for the first time in Seoul, I decided to stay in a hotel who I think will be able to help me to get used to the area since I am sure the staff who works in Park Hyatt would definitely speaks good english. We took... More

Park Hyatt is expansive compared to other hotels in Seoul. I paid approx. 400 USD per night, standard room. Breakfast not included. Breakfast is 40-50 USD for a buffet style breakfast. The Hotel has the Lobby on the 24th floor, The ground level entrance is only an elevator door with no waiting area. If you want to wait for taxi,... More

Designer of this hotel should be banned from working on any other projects: it was clearly designed for looks with almost zero understanding of customers' comfort in mind. A quick list: 1. I think it was an office building converted into a hotel so if you arrive by a car, you go around a narrow back street. Not very impressive.... More

This hotel is without doubt an excellent address. Rooms are modern and well furbished, and quiet, however I miss the intimity and warmth of a more traditional hotel; it is comfortable but the atmosphere is "cold". The gym is very well organized and the view is breathtaking. Nevertheless as I stayed in Seoul for visiting, I found out that this... More

For my 4 day family trip to Seoul I booked 3 different hotels. First I stayed in Park Hyatt, most expensive out of 3, but it was worth the money to me, my room was all ready for me when I arrived with a complimentary bed for my son, and the room was spacious, the indoor pool was amazing and...
