Convenient location with great service and staff that made you feel most welcomed and being taken good care of. And the room is in good size and mine with a nice city view. Staff were very attentive too.

Great hotel, modern and spacious. Infinity pool on top floor. You have to take the elevator from street level up to the lobby and need a key card to get to the guest room floors, which is good for security. Restaurants are expensive and not really worth it but impresses guests.

This was my first stay at a Park Hyatt, I normally aim for Hilton properties when one business. I had little to set my expectations- other than the room price being above the norm. The location was ideal for my meetings with Hyundai and Samsung, the Gangnam district is the newer area of Seoul, so plenty of shopping malls, restaurants... More

The Park Hyatt Seoul hits all the marks of an urban Park Hyatt. Top notch, unobtrusive service, and understated luxury, inside and out. It was the perfect spot for a quick exploration of the Gangnam area. Swimming laps in the beautiful top-floor pool at dawn was a highlight.

I spent one night in February 2015. This is not enough time to explore all that the Park Hyatt had to offer. Here is a short summary of my visit: - Excellent concierge staff: recommended 2 tours (Palace & evening food tour) which allowed be to experience Seoul - The hotel design is very unique - entry is barely noticeable... Several TripAdvisors commented about the difficulty of having to continue visiting the lift every time they wished to speak to the Front Desk. I decided to try out the pool, and I found myself able to keep on eye on reception while swimming. I had the feeling that I was not quite dressed for the occasion and situation. While getting... Outstanding hotel. Room was beautiful with dramatic floor to ceiling views. We stayed 2 nights at end of January. There is some much to see and do in Seoul and we particularly appreciated the exceptional concierge staff. May be the best I have ever seen. The whole place was so well run and all staff very squared away. Located across... More

I just spent 6 nights there and the hotel's staff were amazing. I travel very frequently and it was a joy to stay here! Highly recommend the breakfast; it is not the cheapest, but it is one of the best that I have seen.

Stayed here with a friend in Dec 2014. This is the best Park Hyatt I've been to so far. Great views, spacious and luxurious rooms. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel entrance is a bit tucked away and hard to find, but once you make it to the lobby, the experience is second to none. We grabbed... More

I have stayed in many Hyatt hotels and this one stands out for its overall design and interiors. Like the Hyatt in Berlin there is also interesting art throughout the hotels, from the lobby and restaurant to the hallways on every floor. Here the focus is on top modern Korean artists. The room I stayed in was perfectly designed and... More
