I stayed in Best Western New Seoul hotel before I stayed in this one. They are next to each other. I would prefer Best Western in this case. They do not have safe in the room and the bed is on the down side. For the price I paid, I would definitely go with Best Western New Seoul for the... More

Stayed for 2 nights. Pro - Close to City Hall subway station. Room seemed newly renovated. Everything was clean and new, toilet and bath were impeccably clean. Hot and cold tap/bath water were functioning. Air purifier and TV looked brand new and working perfectly. Cons - The towels smelled a bit if you put it to your face. If you... More

We stayed for 8 days- couple with 3 grown up kids. + Clean hotel with comfortable beds, clean sheets everyday. Room size is just right. Hot and cold water is provided in every floor near the elevator. Big bathroom with complete amenities. So many eating places around the vicinity. Convenience store located on the ground floor of the hotel. -... More

I booked this hotel after finding a great deal online. I stayed a total of 3 nights. Upon arrival, I was met with a presence of coldness, no smiles and a frustrated face. I was greeted by a man whom I felt was a little angered at my presence. I had initially requested early check in via my booking online... More

We booked this hotel online b/c of location & rate. Wanted to be near metro & walking distance to palace, markets, & newly revitalized river walk. The room was DIRTY! Hair in tub and beds. Food pieces under table and crumbs all over floor + aircon was NOT working. This is summertime in Seoul, people! Awful! SO tired from traveling,... More

I booked a twin room in New Kukje Hotel. Once we checked in the hotel and went to our rooms. The toilet light are not working. We called to front desk and informed them about this matter. They sent their technical staffs over and tried to repair for 30 minutes and still not working. Front desk asked us to change... More

We were disappointed not to get a renovated room but as we were only there for one night did not ask to change The check in was good and the guy who did it spoke good English and was very helpful indeed! The location is superb - less than 5 mins walk to city hall and many tourist sights including... More

Overall we were very happy with our stay. We stayed in a renovated room, and eventhough the furniture and walls are a bit banged up, the room was clean. The linens and pillows were great. The buffet didn't seem worth it to us at $18 p/p, but I could see it being good for the right person. Instead, we ate... More

I never forget this hotel. We came here from Japan in December 2008. We got a small smoky room with no windows(!). On our last day, we wanted to take a quick shower at midnight, because of our early departure (5am) the next morning. Outside was freezing cold, but unfortunately, we had no hot water running in our room. We... More

Hotel very good placed center of Seoul, easy to reach from airport using air-express or metro. Have shop at first flour and amazing view from roof at 16th flour. Price for night is not cheap, but in hotel even not offer toothbrushes. Near with hotel you can find Starbucks (just turn the corner), MC and many other restaurants and cafe.... More
