I stayed for 4 nights while on a business trip. The hotel is located close to the Express Bus Terminal (and the subway with the same name, exit 5). Access from the Incheon airport is very easy. The KAL limousine bus has a service (bus # 6703) from the airport to the hotel in about an hour or so. There... More

Stayed there for 2 nights, the location is superb. The staffs are courteous especially the concierge. The rooms are nicely appointed and the amenities are just great, the pillows and bed are so good that I could quickly drift into a deep sleep in a short moment. Although being renovated, I didnt experience any disturbance. Free wifi only available on... More

Nicely located, a few minutes from the Excpress bus terminal station, you can move throughout Seoul by subway, hotel is under renovation, good restaurant and good breakfast buffet although expensive, about 40 dollars per person, wi fi charges are outrageous about 20 dollars per device per day or 10 dollars for one hour, only lobby wi fi is free. Gym... More

Hotel was under construction but I did not expect to lose sleep over noise. I stayed at room 816 and the following morning at 7:40 I was awaken by cleaning noise next to my room. Around 8:20 I could not sleep because of a burning smell and I called the front desk and they moved me to room 920. The... More

First time stay at this hotel and was recommended by a local business partner. Is 5 mins walking to the subway of like 3 different lines which is very convenience. Is also close to the express bus terminal but had no idea where these buses go. I pay a little bit more for executive room because it include bfast, snacks... More

Hello future traveler, if you’re thinking about going to The Seoul Palace you will not be disappointed. I recently stayed there with my two teenage daughters from July 1 to July 7 in the Family suite which is one double bed and one twin and I would stay there again. Here are my reasons why: Pros 1) The staff are... More

While I was there the hotel was under major renovations with some areas closed and scaffolding outside my window. That said the front desk let us know of everything at check in and apologised for any inconvenience caused. That said I hardly noticed they were going on as it was done during the hours that I was at work. You... More

Good hotel with nice big rooms and a breakfast to really enjoy. Hotel has a good location and it has straight bus ride from airport so there is no hassle how to get there, staff is helpful and knows their own town well. Breakfast is really a proper one and you won't be hungry when leaving. All in all good... More

Ive stayed here for a week, nice hotel with good rooms. Located in a pleasant area with heaps of bars and restaurants. Upon checked i showed my frequent flyer card and then the mood changed. According the lady it was not possible to accumulate points, this card should have been presented during the booking process. Staff was not very helpful... More

We stayed here as a family on the last 2 nights of a package tour to Korea. While the hotel’s location is really not in the strategic city center, we really did not mind as we were in a tour and our activities were set for us and transportation was provided for. The rooms are good sized and clean with... More
