We stayed at the executive double room for 6 nights and the family room for the last 3 nights. We preferred the family room more even though the executive floor provides guests with free wifi. The executive double room size is the same as the family room. But due to the placement of a slanting bed, lots of walking spaces... More

This was a pricier hotel than I usually went to, but as it was a family trip, it was a great time to indulge. A shuttle was waiting for us at the airport and we were whisked off right away towards the hotel. The hotel rooms were large and comfortable, and the service staff had excellent English. While Seoul Palace... More

i stayed in one of the club floors in winter, and I'd say, overall was a good experience. Especially I think it was great in terms of value for money. The hotel is very modern, clean, and has all the necessary service available. It has a 24hrs convenience store right next to the hotel for drinks and snacks. The location... More

Room was somewhat ok until I verified with the front desk the AC system is central and due to the season (which is already warming up actually) there is no Aircon available in the room. The temp read 29C all night, very uncomfortable. I asked for them to bring a fan to the room which did nothing to keep the... More

I stayed one night for business at this hotel, and wish I had the opportunity to stay a few more days. The check in process was seemless and the staff spoke excellent English and found my booking from Booking.com without any issues. The room was tight but still pretty comfortable with a study desk and chair with 2 single beds.... More

I stayed there for two nights on a business trip in March. The room was clean and very comfortable. I was on the executive floor so I got free wifi service. The buffet breakfast has a good selection of both Korean and Western food. One thing that made me really upset about the hotel was the airport shuttle information they... More

I've stayed in this hotel for 4 nights for my business trip. Hotel is not centrally located, but close to Gangnam district, and shopping malls. Metro stop is really close. Room is spacious, clean and modern, with a special toilet (try and you will see what I mean:). Wifi is free and ultrafast! Beds are just sooo comfortable. But be... More

I visit Seoul on a regular basis and I stayed at this hotel once in 2007. It was then rather run down. This time around, I found the hotel being newly renovated and the rooms are very modern and beautiful. Perfect for business travel and conveniently located in Seoul. However, that was before I realized they had switched off the... More

The hotel was clean and the service was good. We were looking for a local chiropractor and the reception desk was kind enough to write the address in Hangul for the taxi driver. The hotel is not far from the Express Bus terminal which was why we stayed there as we were visiting the DMZ the next morning. The bathroom... More

The hotel itself doesn't have a obvious design and deco. But the front office staffs and restaurant team are very helpful and well trained, English speaking, smile to us all the time. Free Wi Fi available if you are business man like me, you may enjoy the paper works and conference call as the connection is to be perfect.
