This was our first visit to Seoul and this hotel was booked by our company. The airport limousine bus comes directly in front of the hotel reception. As we had booking of executive floors we were directed to the other reception. The check in formalaties were completed in 10 mn and lifts were very polished and fast. As soon as... More

We checked in at Seoul Palace Hotel on a group tour, and we liked the location so much, very safe in an upscale area. They provided a very convenient group check in at the lobby. Room sizes are just enough, although corridors are quite dimly lighted. One thing that the hotel needs to improve is the bathroom, and shower area... More

I stayed for 4 nights while on a business trip. The hotel is located close to the Express Bus Terminal (and the subway with the same name, exit 5). Access from the Incheon airport is very easy. The KAL limousine bus has a service (bus # 6703) from the airport to the hotel in about an hour or so. There... More

Stayed there for 2 nights, the location is superb. The staffs are courteous especially the concierge. The rooms are nicely appointed and the amenities are just great, the pillows and bed are so good that I could quickly drift into a deep sleep in a short moment. Although being renovated, I didnt experience any disturbance. Free wifi only available on... More

Nicely located, a few minutes from the Excpress bus terminal station, you can move throughout Seoul by subway, hotel is under renovation, good restaurant and good breakfast buffet although expensive, about 40 dollars per person, wi fi charges are outrageous about 20 dollars per device per day or 10 dollars for one hour, only lobby wi fi is free. Gym... More

Hotel was under construction but I did not expect to lose sleep over noise. I stayed at room 816 and the following morning at 7:40 I was awaken by cleaning noise next to my room. Around 8:20 I could not sleep because of a burning smell and I called the front desk and they moved me to room 920. The... More

Hello future traveler, if you’re thinking about going to The Seoul Palace you will not be disappointed. I recently stayed there with my two teenage daughters from July 1 to July 7 in the Family suite which is one double bed and one twin and I would stay there again. Here are my reasons why: Pros 1) The staff are... More

While I was there the hotel was under major renovations with some areas closed and scaffolding outside my window. That said the front desk let us know of everything at check in and apologised for any inconvenience caused. That said I hardly noticed they were going on as it was done during the hours that I was at work. You... More
