The location is fantastic because you are literally within walking distance to a park, museum, and ofcourse the shopping. For people that's travelling for the first time to Asian countries, be mindful that the rooms may have a feeling of miniatureness. Yes, I'm saying the rooms are pretty small. When I had stayed here, the employees were very helpful and... More

Where do it start with this one? is such a pain.. If you don't wanna read this review, just book another hotel.. The hotel has an ok hall (does it sound bad, it will get better) smells old style (not a bad thing). They so proud to remember that the hotel passed the 54 years mark.. (like being old means... More

I stayed here from 20-26 Nov 2013 with my 2 children aged 4 & 6. Room was rather big in Seoul's terms. We had 2 double beds and a sitting area to watch tv. The room was rather warm even though it's so chilly outside! We could open the window to let the chill in when it got a little... More

I stayed here for 4 nights in October and this hotel was simple with an excellent location. The pillows and bed were comfortable and although the hotel was not new or renovated it had everything I needed - especially worth it since I got a very good rate. Power adapters were a bit hard to find, there should be 3... More

I booked this hotel for two nights due to its good location. I was visiting the Namsangol Hanok Village and wanted to stay near it as well as Myeongdong. Astoria Hotel is about a 7 minute walk to the hanok village and about 15 minutes to Myeongdong. The hotel also lies on a main street just steps away from Chungmuro... More

We booked a triple room on hotelclub.com and it was a good deal. The room was spacious for 3, however we didn't manage to get a room facing the N Seoul Tower if not that would have been great. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Complimentary water bottles are provided everyday but there is only 2 per... More

Good and affortable downtown location, the room was clean and quite large (korean standard). The service was friendly and they spoke decent english. There is a subway station close by and you can walk to Lotte department store. It will take you 10 to 15 min. We will happily come back.

Astoria is an old hotel but well maintained. Room is spacious even a coffee table exists. Bed is comfortable but double size is a bit small for two. Toilet is huge with bathtub and a heated bowl which makes using perfect. Location is superb - few steps away from chungmuro station which i think has 2 lines passing thru it.... More

This was OK considering we got a discount on Venere.com but the hotel is nothing special. The restaurant is hardly ever open and when it is there is not much on offer. We had breakfast at the "Paris Baguette" cafe about a block away. The airport shuttle bus stops at the Sejong Hotel, about a block away and across the... More

To be honest, my friends and I picked this hotel because of the location but when we arrived it was not really near the train station! Well probably if you dont have big luggage and dont mind walking for a good 15mins, then that's fine. Aside from that, the rooms does not have wifi, flat iron and the power sockets... More
