On first impression, it is a beautiful area around the hotel. You feel like you are inside a park in what I'd call a so-so area of Gimpo City (Seoul). Nice and clean hotel near Gimpo Airport. The rooms were spacious and clean, the hotel staff was kind and the breakfast was excellent!
