I attended a conference and meetings here. It was my first time to Seoul. The breakfast was good. The staff were very pleasant and courteous, but beyond that, everything was average. My room, while of a nice size, seemed dark and therefore uninspiring to be in. The conference facilities were fine, but the food, average (and we spent 3 days... More

I had absolutely no problem with the hotel. The room was nice. Service was good. English wasn't a problem. This is one of the more popular hotels when attending conferences or events in Seoul. It is very close the Co-Ex. My only issue with Ramada Seoul was the price. You can get just as nice a room in other areas... More

Ramada Hotel chain is the worst hotel chain I have experienced. The hotels lived their luxorios time approximately 30 years ago. Now they are oldfashioned and worn out - in many cases also located outside the modern centre. Unfortunately the personnel still live in the ancient age. They feel they are the masters who advice the clients how to behave... More

The room was extremely small with a full size bed that took up most of the room to walk. The showers are old and have mold. There are better hotels in the are for a similat price that are a lot better.

I have visited Seoul from 15th July to 20th July 2014, & stayed in Ramada Hotel. It is a good hotel with all basic amenities, room were clean and hygienic. During my all stay I found hotel staff very helpful. Food was great, they have all the option from American breakfast to Asian cuisine. Best value for money in South... More

I live in China and I sent solo for dental work. The rooms were dark, very poor lighting, it was not possible to read. The no smoking floor is the 14th floor which is the club floor. The club room was apparently off limits to me although there was no way to know this until I asked for a service... More

Best value for the best hotel in Seoul! The people who works there want to make you happy and happy and more happy!! The hotel is clean, in a quiet location and the stuff there have a lot of information about what to do in the city. The location is not so good, but you have a subway station only... More

I stayed at Ramada Seoul for 3 night early this month. The hotel is suitable for very short stay. Rooms are little old and give you feeling of a property built in late 80's or early 90's. The staff is not very comfortable with English (which was little surprising). Breakfast has very limited options and its almost the same menu... More

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights during my business trip in March. There is limousine bus connection to & fro hotel & airport which costs around US$16 per way. The room and bedding are clean & comfy but the breakfast spread has limited western/continental choices. It is fine for business travellers who are on short stay.

My wife and me checked in to this hotel late. As we check in the receptionist were poor in speaking English.. I myself do not know how an international hotel can employ people with a poor command of English, but good at Korean. Beside the lobby you have coffee house that serves you coffee and bread and cakes with a... More

Staying in Samseongdong / COEX

Neighborhood Profile
Samseongdong / COEX
A large business hub, Samseongdong is anchored by Korea’s World Trade Center, where many important business exhibitions and meetings are held. The enormous COEX mall sprawls underground, providing a myriad of things to do and see, including a large aquarium and movie theater. For a bit of peace and zen, head over to the ornate Bongeunsa Temple which is one of Korea’s most important places of worship. Or take a stroll nearby through the tranquil royal burial grounds of Seonjeongneung, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
