Spent two nights for business in this hotel in last November. Overall a pleasant stay. Nothing go wrong. Check in staff is friendly and helpful. English no problem at all. The room is okay. English channel available and I had my good night sleep. This hotel is also very close to the Coex seven luck, which I enjoyed myself over... More

Stay away! Stay away! Stay away! 1. Was given a smoking room when they know that we have young children 2. Old stained carpet seems to be more dirty! 3. Disgusted by the toilet!! Moulds and stains! Toilet door lock broken! And toilet was choked unable to flush! 4. Poor and Lousy service that do not meet any international standard!... More

Was here enroute Geoje and there was fire in the middle of the night. There was no proper announcement and we were moved to another hotel. The good things are free fast WiFi, location and view. Some of the attractions are just walking distance from the hotel.

I stayed there twice, second time on their Club Floor. This is a very old place in a very poor repair state. Chipped glaze on the bathtub, water stain on paint, mold, etc. Beds are hard like wooden boards. After the 5th night I was getting my whole back sore. Came there first in September when days were quite warm.... More

I was harassed for a cash deposit upon borrowing a converter.... This seems like a simple request at an international hotel. After requesting they charge the deposit to my credit card on file, they tried to force me to withdraw cash out of an ATM across the street. I am beyond frustrated by this terrible experience.

There was an obscene amount of hair in the bathroom upon arriving and the beds are rock hard. However, this would have been fine and I probably wouldn't have bothered to complain if it weren't for the heater. That's right, the heater was on the entire time. We opened the window (cracked the window, couldn't fully open it) turned what... More

Quick 2-day business stay for trade show at COEX Convention Center; 15-minute walk or a $3-5 taxi ride to Convention Center. Ramada was a more affordable hotel compared to closer hotels to COEX. However, like other reviewers, it was an average stay. Restaurant-Cafe Stasia was good. Nice breakfast buffet. Rooms, though, were somewhat awkward. Mattress was hard like sleeping on... More

I attended a conference and meetings here. It was my first time to Seoul. The breakfast was good. The staff were very pleasant and courteous, but beyond that, everything was average. My room, while of a nice size, seemed dark and therefore uninspiring to be in. The conference facilities were fine, but the food, average (and we spent 3 days... More

I had absolutely no problem with the hotel. The room was nice. Service was good. English wasn't a problem. This is one of the more popular hotels when attending conferences or events in Seoul. It is very close the Co-Ex. My only issue with Ramada Seoul was the price. You can get just as nice a room in other areas... More
