As everyone has mentioned, the location for this hotel is uber good. Though the closest station is Seoul station, the hotel is in between Seoul station and City Hall. This gives you options to go on different subway lines if you don't want to transfer. You can get to Myeongdong, Sinchon, Hongdae or Itaewon areas in about 15 mins. Also,... More

Frasers Place at Namdaemun is a hotel that delivers its services as promised on its website, in fact, better than expected. Besides the much lauded great location, the hotel is great for those looking for a comfortable and clean place to rest after all that shopping and hiking in Seoul. I had a friend over for a visit, and happy... More

I was in Seoul for 12 days visiting my son who lives in Gangnam. I felt the hotel was clean, safe, helpful and very convenient. I was able to go out on my own and the hotel staff were very helpful with directions. The breakfast is great and the staff there accommodating. The cleaning staff were impeccable in their cleaning... Fraser Place really did the business for this stay with the family. Comparable in rates to many of the competition, the size of room, cleanliness and the suite style of room (allowing the kids to sleep and parents relax in a separate part of the room) all combined to make this a very good stay. The staff here were ultra... More

I visited Frasers Place Namdaemun in Sept 2014. I loved the location, just 5-7mins walk away from City Hall station.. And about 10-15mins walk to Myeongdong. I stayed in a room for 3, which came fully equipped with a kitchen and washing machine! We were thankful for it as we weren't prepared for the heat in Sept. Only quip was... More

Returned to Seoul after a 7 year absence to meet my daughter who is travelling within Asia with a friend for 3 months. Being financially responsible for both rooms, I wanted some well located but also reasonable. Fraser Place Namdaemun is exactly that. Rooms are comfortable, well appointed and quiet. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. The on site restaurant,... More

I stay at this hotel five days. Hotel location is good and easy to find it. Near train station, at city hall. It is easy to go to other attraction. The hotel room size is too small, because we booked the twin bed room. But the room is not old. The bathroom cleaning is good. I suggest if too much... More

Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in September 2014. As first timers in the city, this hotel's location was perfect. Walking distance to all the places we went to, ate at, and shopped around. They were open practically 24/7 ! The hotel staff were very responsive to our requests, and kudos to Mr Matthew Kim who I would say... More

I arrived into Seoul late in the evening and need to catch the KTX in the morning the next day. When I arrived the staff were very efficient and very helpful. I was checked in and into my room within minutes , which was very nice after a very long day of travel. My room was a good size, clean... More

Stayed 5N at Frase Place Namdaemun during our first trip to Seoul, the location is great (in front of Namdaemoon Market) and a short distance by foot or subway to the main atractions. Easy access by #6015 limousine bus from the Incheon Airport Our room was a comfortable Premier Double room with a separate living room with a sofa, a... More
