We booked this through hotels.com and although it's slightly hard to find, we found this place to very modern, clean and tidy with friendly and attentive staff. The breakfast is somewhat odd; a South Korean take on a Western breakfast is quite an experience but the local restaurants are very high quality so no problem finding locally sourced breakfast. Definitely... More

Great Location in Seoul. Food Everywhere, the bbq across the street was pretty good too. They have a unique mens only sauna i didnt use but it looked cool. As for the room, its great size, nice bathroom lighting and facilities. Really not much to complain about and also a great value for nice hotel in Seoul. Would highly recommend... More

Good location. Typical boutique hotel. Easiest way to get there from Incheon airport is to take the 6701 bus to the Plaza Hotel for 16000 won. The bus stops at the back of the Plaza. This is the second stop for this bus. Prior to the Plaza it stops at the nearly Koreana Hotel. When you get off the bus,... More

Lived there 2 nights. Very good location (walking distance to city hall subway station and most popular palaces of Korean capital), many cozy restaurants around, easy to get taxi or buy something daily required. But be careful!!!! Don't choose Korean style rooms for accommodation ! There are no any bed and chairs in these rooms!! For Europeans it's difficult and... More

I checked into this hotel on Friday morning was greeted by two unfriendly service staff, Ms. Y.J. Lee and Ms. E.V. Kim. Ms. Kim has this careless attitude and she is totally not sensitive and creative. We were at the counter at 1:15pm waiting to check in and she is so in flexible that she does not allow us to... More

The hotel is located in a good place, walking distance from most main attractions in Seoul. The hotel's street is filled with all kinds of different and good resturaunts. The staff is super nice and helpful. We had a great visit at the hotel, nice young people are staying here.

Room is cleaned and simple-modern deco. Air con is good but just a bit noisy in my room. Wifi is stable and fast. Very flexible service and reasonable price for top-up service. We arrived at 7am, while normal check-in time is 1pm. They just request 50000Won for early check-in from 7am. Great deal esp. if you have a overnight flight.... More

Stayed 5 days in Hotel Aropa which is very centralizedly located to most attractions. It is walking distance to City Hall station, Nandaemum Market, Myeongdong, Gyeongbok palace and Cheonggyecheon stream. We also managed to walk to Isadong. We enjoyed our walks to most attractions as its less tiring than taking the subways which required a lot of climbing up and... More

Hotel Aropa is located in an alleyway just a short walk from City Hall Station, Plaza Hotel (where you can catch a chartered bus to the airport), Nandaemun Market, two 711 convenience stores, several historical sites and many eating places. We booked with Booking.com and got a good rate, but the address on that website isn't sufficient. We had to... More

The room felt spacious and everything was very clean. Big high quality LG tv, wifi networks all over (one for each floor) with good and stable speed. The breakfast was a let down, if you want to binge down a breakfast that will last you until lunch and beyond go to one of the Dunkin Doughnuts instead. If I would... More
