“Carpet Disgusting”

When we arrived the lobby looked lovely and the staff was very professional and nice. When we came off the elevator to our room I thought we were in a different hotel! “Excellent”

Lexington hotel is perfect can't find any fault in them. Superb service from concierge to front desk manager.The hotel is at a good location easy to take public transpirt eg train n buses. There are many local food outlers nearby too.

“Draining of Bath/Washroom was terribly bad!!”

Bath water overflew a lot in washroom because of very low capacity of draining. It bothered me all nights after bathing, and it must happen to all cutomers who take a bath in rooms in your hotel, and you should recognize it. Draining system shoud be improved.

I was looking for a place for a weekend, and booked this hotel through expedia. Pleasantly surprised with nicely appointed guest room, and some fine restaurants. “The most friendly hotel, Lexington!!”

Very friendly staff and nicely located in the heart of business district in Yoido. Will be back for my business trip in March. Used buffet restaurant, and service was great and food was good for the price. Airport bus comes to the door, so it is very convenient.

“Friendly but dated”

Stayed for one week in January. Restrictions on energy useage by the Korean government meant that minimal heating should be used inside buildings ( was there in -17 degrees in January) so the public areas a very cold and the rooms have to be heated from cold each evening on returning.
