Rooms are kinda dim with the yellow lights, drinks, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste and bathing foam need to pay if you use it. I don't understand why they can't provide it though. Shower curtain needs a change. Other than the above, the room is clean, comes with a bidget, not small, air con is cold and there is a 24 hours... More

Having spent more than a month in this hotel over the past five years, and there are good reasons to keep coming back. Near the COEX and the bars and restaurants along Apgujeong-ro, compared to some areas in Seoul, there is enough to do in the evenings around the hotel. Truly, the best thing about the hotel is the fitness... More

I flew in a few days early so I could do some site seeing. I picked the HR because it was not to far from the IHG where I would be staying for the remainder of my visit. Let's start with my check in. I had 4 bags with me, two of them were filled with gear for the meeting.... More

i liked the hotel as it cater for all my needs and is within walking distance (20 min ) from the Coex. It has a nice fitness club which provides even te clothing and towels and an about 25 m indoor swimming pool which is well tempratured. The metro is about 10 minutes walk and when you got on a... I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights as part of a business trip to Seoul. The hotel is very nicely appointed with a grand lobby with several restaurants, a gift shop, bellman, etc. It definitely has the big city luxury vibe. There are several sitting areas to relax, read, or meet up. The hotel has a pool and fitness... More

I had nice, spacey room with great bad (if you like hard mattresses) and fast wi-fi connection. My room was on the one of the top floors, so it was very quiet. What I love about this hotel the most is the breakfast- you must definitely try cheesecake :) I'll definitely stay there during my next business trip :)

By American brand standards, the rooms in this hotel are Holiday Inn quality at best. The mattress on the bed was like a board. I had to threaten to check out, to have them install a foam mattress topper. Towels and amenities are similarly bare bones. If you want a toothbrush, buy one from the minibar. I can't speak for... I had a week long stay at Hotel Riviera on a work trip. The people I was visiting in Korea booked this hotel for me and I am glad they did. They booked me into a Business room. This came with some added perks like free magazines to read, the International New York Times delivered to your door and a... More

We stayed in this hotel for two nights back in 1990, and we remembered that it was a nice hotel. It was nice to spend the last night of our recent 8-day Korea tour in this hotel. The hotel still looked good; the room and the bathroom/toilet were roomy. The ceiling of the room is on the low side; additional... More

I would recommend this hotel if you have business nearby, but it is not so close to the subway or the shopping areas. It is walking distance to the Coex on a nice day, but it can take a long time just to cross the street in this area. The hotel is nice, clean, a little cold feeling. I did... More
