A well centrally Seoul, Korea located business hotel, with excellent underground swimming pool and Finess Facilities. I stayed in a Suite ( 1526 ), very roomy with jacuzzi and very comfortable indeed. I do not know what the basic rooms look like. Service on the whole is efficient and to the point ( no frills ). Surprise, surprise...computer usage (... More

Riviera is centrally located and close to business and shopping district. Hotel is bit boring. Breakfast is moderate. Rooms are big. The bed however is very stiff and makes sleeping difficult and painful. Staff is helpfull. More

Access from the Incheon airport and return to airport is easy with direct airport bus 6010 which stops right in front of the hotel. Hotel staff are friendly and able to speak English. Right behind the hotel (exit from level 3) is a 24hr convenience store and near the hotel, you can find many eateries (some operate 24hrs) selling korean... More

The staff here is not quite ready for the International Hotel League, but the rooms are big league. They are a little small and the bed a little low but comfortable and functional. The staff seems to expect guests to have some familiarity with the city, but they have the answers you need if you keep asking. Location is convenient... More

This is a 3-4 star hotel by North American standards. The staff is very professional and friendly. The location is superb - relatively close to the 'downtown core' but far enough from the hubbub of the City. There are some excellent restaurants nearby. The breakfast in the morning is very good - there's something there for every taste. The swimming... More

I happened to stay in this hotel almost 2 years back, in May 2009, on business trip. As I really found it a good and comfortable place to stay so thought of writing a review and recommending it to my fellow travellers. This hotel itself is well located, rooms were fine, washrooms were very good and wi-fi was available but... More
