Very well located hotel in front of City Hall and close to the Myeong Dong district. Several Shopping Centers within quick walking distance. The rooms were amazing offering great city views. The buffet breakfast is a must. The hotel even offers gym clothes. The bar downstairs was rather expensive.

The Plaza was a great hotel located in the heart of the city. I think the location was the best. The room was nice, but we went with the "Premier Suite" because we heard that the rooms are small. So our room was perfect! The tub was great and the toilet is just out of this world. Coming back to... More

Very centrally located, facing the City Hall, with easy access to Subway. Great service. and quality. De Luxe rooms facing City Hall - nice size, good facilities. Bed positioned to allow view over city hall - feature. Standard rooms smaller, but good facilities. Business center to provide work space / team rooms. Gym in building next door - change &... More

The Plaza is easy to reach via KAL shuttle, is right across from City Hall, subway stop at the corner, hop-on/off tour bus a block away, a palace across the street with a free ticket from the hotel--and the staff are PERFECT, from front desk to concierge to chefs to hard working cleaners. This is where I will stay the... More

Loved the room - comfy bed, nice TV selection for international visitors. View out the window of the downtown area. Had a great couple nights entertaining clients in the downstairs bar. Excellent service both nights. Tried the 'frozen Kirin Beer' not my taste, but very unique.

So far this is my favorite hotel in Seoul. The gym is excellent, it has everything you need. There is a pool and golfing area in the annex. The deluxe room was large and reasonably priced. The bathroom was perfect. Two main complaints: spotty/slow wifi and crazy expensive buffet breakfast. However there are plenty of other options nearby. AC in... More

This wonderful hotel is ideally located for those wishing to visit all historical and shopping sites in Seoul. The hotel is right across the city hall and has all metro and other connections you would like to have. It has a large, modern lobby and modern rooms. Our room ( we had an upgrade) was spacious, bright and well equipped.... More

Service was exceptionally good - the staff really went out of their way to suggest things to do and how to get there. They would write out extensive notes in Korean for the taxi drivers with directions etc. The room was modern and stylish - curtains and lights were all automated. Large tv. Bathroom contained a rain shower and futuristic... More

We stayed in 2 twin room 686/670 , facing city hall which is great view of the city. Thanks the hotel to check us in early at 9am because of our early arrival flight. 2 connected rooms are convenient for our family , all work well in room especially universal wall sockets and USB wall port. Bathroom is great in... More

Awesome location as it was truly centralized. Accessible to underground shops, choices of exits to retails & malls. Great place to shop for souvenirs are mainly Insadong, Myeong-dong & Dongdaemun. Insadong offers local souvenirs, tea selections & hanbok traditional wear. Whereas Myeong-dong offers lots of facial stuff & fashion. Please note that bargain is minimal and prices are pricey for...
