I thought this was an excellent hotel from start to finish. The rooms are spacious, clean, modern and comfortable - there is even a nespresso coffee machine and remote controlled curtains. It is in an excellent location which felt safe and comfortable and walking distance from many many shops and restaurants as well as the subway. I wouldnt hesitate in... More

Absolutely top-class hotel in all respects. Also stayed at the Conrad in Seoul but vastly preferred the Plaza, which was much classier and far better located. The Plaza is extremely central, close to shopping and sights. The room was on the small side but designed and laid out by someone with a genius for room layout. The room also seemed... More

I have stayed for 3 nights on a business trip. The hotel is newly furnished, my room was of a good size with all elements included: Nice desk, great shower, plugs where they need to be, great entertainment system with channels in all languages, complementary water, free WiFi, etc. And breakfast.... Amazing!

Clean, nicely done up hotel. Excellent location. Great gym. Good service. Walking distance from MyeongDong. Right on top of the metro station. Beautiful views across the city. Expensive but worth it. A great base to explore this amazing capital.

The better half and I stayed here over Chuseok. They were running a discount on all rooms so we took the opportunity to class it up and stay on the "Club Level" for a night and get a taste of the sweet life. Upon check in, we were treated like royalty for our entire stay. The staff on the Club... More

Spent three nights here in August. Well located hotel, but away from the more well known touristy areas of Seoul, which had its good and bad points. It sells itself as a boutique hotel, and certainly has an individual character. Bars and eateries were excellent and the in room service well above standard.

Stayed four nights in the executive deluxe room. Our room was clean, a decent size with free fast WIFI. Best part of the hotel is it's location! It is conveniently located near all the sites and the subway. The staff all speak a little English and are very helpful. The Bakery on the lower level of the hotel is awesome,... More

My family stayed at The Plaza for 3 nights last January. The hotel is excellent ,very chic and modern but the rooms are quite small. We stayed at the club floor . It was winter and chily that is why we upgraded to the club floor so that our breakfasts and snacks are conveniently accessible. We got a room with... More

Stay for 2 nights for business The plaza hotel has excellent location, opposite Seoul city hall, and just 5 mins walk to Myeong Dong and Lotte shopping area. Most of the staffs speak good english and willing to serve you. The room size is not big, but acceptable for Seoul standard. I got a room with city hall view. Bed... More

Just had a one week stay at the Plaza. I totally agree with all the positive comments. It is truly lovely. Lots of positives: 1) My room on the 10th floor overlooked Seoul Plaza and the old City Hall. That's just above the subway. Doesn't get better. 2) The staff really is extraordinarily well-trained. They are ALL so welcoming and... More
