I stayed for 5 nights at one of the Executive Floor rooms which gives you some extra privileges such as complimentary use of the lounge, free cable and wireless internet, 20% off hotel restaurants, complimentary open buffet breakfast and a free airport bus ticket. Overall it's a great hotel. Good service, friendly staff. Rooms were clean and spacious, loved the bathroom. Location was in Jamsil, pretty out of the way from downtown Seoul although everything is within reach with the subway. A great bonus is that it's next to Lotte World, the amusement park, a must-visit when in Seoul. more

Stayed on executive level so had free internet access and also access to the lounge. Meetings rooms also available if pre booked. Very clean, great service and plenty of handy restaurants. Have stayed here a couple times now and have no hesitation staying again in the future. more

For some reason, I think a Japanese holiday, Seoul was almost completely booked up when I went in February 09 so this is the most central hotel I could find (30 minute undergound ride to the centre). Hotel location: at Jamsil subway station - very convenient to go other places from here. Also near the Dong Seoul bus terminal, and has direct express (non stop) bus to Incheon international airport. Stayed there a coupple of days for business. Was not given a chance to choose between smoker/nonsmoker room at checkin. Rooms are quite small, and not really clean. Stayed at an executive floor with free access to the lounge which was nice for breakfast, drinks etc. This included free internet connection from the room. more

We have just returned from a fantastic 2 nights stay at this hotel and wish we could stay a little longer to enjoy the room. The room layout is so fantastic for kids that it was hard to drag the children out of the room. They have PS3 game console in the room too and that's another reason my children... more

The main purpose of our trip to Seoul was to check out some of the Theme Parks - with Lotte World being one of the main ones we wanted to see. Thus staying on property at the Lotte World Hotel was really handy. This hotel is part of a massive complex - shops, eateries, train lines, and Lotte World itself.... more
