Chose this by mistake. While the lobby didn't impressive me during check-in, the room didn't really disappoint. It is away from the city center and nothing much in the vicinity. If one is on planning to take the airport bus, the bus stop is at the foot of a tiny hill on which the hotel is built. A free shuttle... More

We stayed one night. The hotel is clean and has several good restaurants and the food is good, but very expensive. The price for a deluxe room was 290,000 krw. The wi-fi was not even free, I get free wi-fi in Hotels that cost 45,000 krw. They also include free disposable tooth brushes and other toiletries and you want to... More

Just spent the last 2 nights there on business. I got a special offer of $145 including breakfast. A real deal. Rooms are great, modern, but the biggest issue I had was the the basin was not in the bathroom, but in the main room, also every morning the shower, (no bath), flooded the bathroom. The water just stayed there,... More

I just checked in Grand Hilton Seoul. Well, I had expected the normal check-in at the most of Hiltons, but, here Grand Hilton Seoul was the worst check-in ever!. They did not have proper reservation record, and even more they were not aware of my eStandby request. So I reminded the hotel check-in lady of the fact that I had... More

Let me preface this review by saying if you come to Korea, be prepared for soju. I always stay at this hotel for business as its proximity to my meetings but on my last trip I had the greatest experience of my traveling career. After a wedding I was absolutely obliterated at the reception by some of my Korean friends.... More

We stayed there for 2 nights and the room have everything that is expected from an international hotel. The electrical points come with international adaptors which is great. The toilet seat is heated and has all the bells and whistles! Bed is extremely comfortable. The only downside was that the heater blower speed cannot be changed. The breakfast buffet has... More

Although not far from the orange line, this hotel is in a pretty boring remote part of town. If you want to be 'in Seoul' then go more into Seoul. The orange line is a 5min walk away, though, if you do want to travel from here (and its very easy to use with plenty of english on signs) -... More

the hotel management succeeds to make people feel at home. the hotel is an excellent place to work as well as to relax. The breakfast is amazingly rich, wit many choices and a nice quality. There is enough space to meet in the sidewalks for a chat, and thje convention center is perfect for meetings up to 1500 people at... More

I stayed in this hotel only once but I can say that It is truly a very nice hotel. I highly recommend. Large settings , cofortable rooms, very kind staff, although they could be more smiling. Koreans seems to be a little afraid to smile because of their culture probably. But other than this everything was very nice.
