Since your entrance to the hotel you would get very positively surprise. Great ambience, great customer service and all you could need to have a great experience on your stay. Facilities are awesome and the price paid for the stay was fairly enough.

I don't know Seoul very well. I have been here 3 times now. So I figured I would visit Gangnam city, you know... Opa Gangnam style... The Beverly Hills of Seoul Korea. They love Americans which is really nice to hear as so many died to free this country from the comis. The hotel staff speaks real good English and... More

My flight arrived early morning, and they will check me in. I always book non-smoking room, so when I smelled it was a smoking floor as soon as the elevator opened, I went down to ask for a non-smoking floor. Nicely. The front desk manager immediately and rudely told me no room change, before I get to explain why I... More

Very grand hotel. Convenient location from airport to hotel using bus limo. Walk just 200m to subway with Starbucks just right beside ~ no free internet at Starbucks. In room ~ nice view, very classic , clean. High quality bedsheets. In bathroom ~ there's a bathtub and a separate shower! Free Molton Brown shampoo etc.. Fast check in and out.... More

I had the best experience and stay at this hotel. Stayed in Executive level room. The service was exceptional and staff were so responsive. There is no issue I can mention. I got what I expected and paid for. I highly recommend this hotel if you want to stay at a great place!

Smack in the business district so plenty of cafes and eateries within a 5-minute walk. Shopping is virtually non-existent. Quite a drive to popular tourist haunts like Insadong and the restaurant rows albeit in Gangnam. Lobby is lavish, raining chandeliers, an eclectic collection of funky art and european antique displays and live opera music at the lounge. But my 3-night... More

Imperial Palace has a royal ambience - as they are probably aspiring to. The China, silverware, furniture, etc all have an imperial touch. However, the hotel is old, fading and in need of some updates. The rooms are comfortable and the staff is courteous. Breakfast buffet was great too. The room assigned to me was supposed to be non smoking... More

Classy and luxury hotel that I loved. Loads of antiques and art paintings were from England and France in 1800s and early 1990. Gangnam is nearby and I liked sleek restaurants shops around the hotel. Guarantee for the specious bathroom and cosy bed.

임페리얼 펠리스, hotel was one of the most impressing hotels. My aunt works in this hotel as a manager, she was able to help out my family for better stay. We were able to get into massage room, big fancy compliments and other impressive things.

I stay at this hotel every time I travel to Seoul. My compliments once again, as the professionalism, care, and efficiency at this hotel is magnificent. In particular, the new General Manager, Mr. J. Kim, went out of his way to solve a major problem for me. He will succeed well at Imperial Palace. The staff at the front desk,... More

Staying in Samseongdong / COEX

Neighborhood Profile
Samseongdong / COEX
A large business hub, Samseongdong is anchored by Korea’s World Trade Center, where many important business exhibitions and meetings are held. The enormous COEX mall sprawls underground, providing a myriad of things to do and see, including a large aquarium and movie theater. For a bit of peace and zen, head over to the ornate Bongeunsa Temple which is one of Korea’s most important places of worship. Or take a stroll nearby through the tranquil royal burial grounds of Seonjeongneung, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
