We stayed here for 3 nights after my husband's conference finished. The location was excellent - we could get anywhere easily...mostly by walking or subway. The concierge provided excellent tips for dining and would make reservations for us. The staff was attentive and helpful...for two English speaking vacationers, this was the perfect home base for our leisure time in Seoul. more

My brother was in Seoul on business and selected this hotel. While it's not as beautiful as other properties (check out Park Hyatt for an amazing view), the location is superb! Lots of places to eat and shop in every direction. Staff was very helpful and service was outstanding. more

ROOM --> Executive floor rooms are very comfy, with the small touches taken care of. LOUNGE --> Rather cramped for room at breakfast time. Comfortable at any other time. Happy hours rock! FOOD --> Expensive, ate out :-) The deli is value for money though. LOCATION --> There are 3 hotels on the block... Westin is the classiest of the... more

I had an overall good stay at the Westin Chosun. The room was modern, comfortable, and clean. Housekeeping did a good job stocking up on all the amenities. The hotel provides you with a local cell phone in the room which was convenient (incoming is free). They had a good selection of restaurants in the hotel if you choose to... more

This is a beautiful hotel and the staff are really helpful It is all you would expect from a Westin but the staff did go the extra mile. I left my phone charger in the room and only realised once I had moved onto Tokyo. I called the Westin and they immediately offered to ship it to me at no... more

We stayed 2 nights in the Westin Chosun while on business. This is an absolutely excellent place to stay in Seoul. It's very handy for the train station and therefore getting on the bullet train and out of the city. Great rooms, superb fitness facilities - the pool is open from 6am which is great if you have jet lag.... more

We had never been to Korea before and didn't know a lot about Seoul before arriving. The Westin is located right in the center of the city close to everything, subway (City Hall stop), lots of shopping (inc the Lotte mega store), restaurants, and lots more. The staff was super nice and helpful. Everyone spoke good English. The person at... more

I like most big Korean/Japanese hotels mainly because they get the service just right. WC offers a quiet, classy and dignified atmosphere with great service. Nothing was too much for them. The definite highlight of my stay, however, was the Japanese restaurant - Sushi Cho. I was told that this particular restaurant has been the choice of Japanese cuisine experts... more

I stayed here for 3 nights - hotel was extremely safe, clean, with attentive staff. Excellent location within footsteps of fantastic shopping, excellent restaurants and transportation. The room was well-designed with ample room for working and relaxing. Plenty of storage (2 closets) and drawer space. more
