I absolutely loved my stay here. The room size was good. Hotel is located in a fairly quiet area but with many restaurants nearby. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was spotlessly clean everywhere. All in all if I were to Seoul again this would be my first choice.

The most classy and presidential hotel I hv seen .. Everything is outstanding and the staff is so good and nice they really pamper you and make you feel wanted You can't find fault in anything . The Korean Restaurant on 23rd floor and Library bar at lobby level are out of the world

I came here with some family while visiting and I've never been to a hotel in Korea, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I was extremely happy to say the least. The building sits on top of a hill that gives it some great views from some of the rooms. The rooms are fantastic--beds are very comfortable, roomy and... More

First trip to South Korea. Really nice hotel - but then again you get what you pay for. Fancied the small "walking trail" with the strange sculptures outside the gym. Good breakfast. Big hotel so a bit of a "industrial" feel.

This is by far the best hotel in Seoul I've stayed at. Beautiful grounds, great location. Efficient and polite staff. Tons of stores on the premises. They even have a Graff jewelers in the lobby. Across the driveway the have a duty free shops selling numerous lux goods including Hermes, Prada, LV, etc. Room was large and comfortable with all... More

Luxurious hotel on top of a hill with good views and amazing facilities. The service is really great and the whole place is built with style and character. But if there is something to highlight that stands above the rest even if all is truly great...that's the food!! OMG dont go without trying the Japanese restaurant, and why not? carry... More

Amazing! The Shilla has a nice landscape since the hotel is located up the hill. But it's also so convenient because they provide free shuttle bus to Dongdaemun and Myeong-dong for shopping and also free internal shuttle to the subway (which is just down the hill. enjoy the view during the 5 mins walk!) and The Shilla duty free within... My friends and I went to Seoul to celebrate my birthday and decided to treat ourselves at the Shilla after reading rave reviews. The hotel certainly lived up to it's reputation being classy and luxurious, situated atop a hill. The building has character, compared to most other buildings in Seoul. Check-in was quick, though the room was not ready early... More

As a Korean, I was very proud and satisfied that there was a hotel like this in my home country. The beautiful night view, warming green views and my favourite, the beautiful courses of foods. It was the world class pearl in middle of Seoul, Korea.

We stayed at Shilla for 3 nights, instead of the usual Intercontinental. They have redone the property and it is very nice. The Executive rooms are large and the executive lounge is expansive with good food and drinks Service is exceptional. Cons are a bit away from the main shopping and office areas and as it sits on a hill... More
