Stayed there on a 10-day business trip. Great location, at immediate proximity of subway. Was supposed to have an executive room; nice room indeed but nothing particularly exceptional. Size was decent, the view over the city was amazing and the room overall very clean. The bathroom was nice as well. It is a pity, though, that the reception desk had... more

I chose to stay at this hotel when visiting my daughter, who is currently working in Seoul. If I had not been travelling there on my own, I would probably have gone for somewhere a little bit more 'Korean'. Overall, I was very impressed with this hotel (but then I'm not in the habit of staying in 'luxury' hotels!) The... more

The staff at this hotel was exactly what you'd expect at a JW: fantastic. They responded immediately to any concerns and the concierges made fantastic tour arrangements so that we could get the true feeling of Seoul. The concierge lounge had the best breakfast and appetizers of any we'd experienced. It was also one of the biggest lounges we'd been... more

This was a New Years Eve trip. Even though the local Koreans don't celebrate New Years on the 1st the night life was still up to par and the hotel was packed with forigners who were celebrating. more

I loved their interior. They used mos-green mainly and it provided me the most comfort than ever. I could relax and made me feel home. Their morning buffet was also very nice. I loved their cinnamon punch very much. I believe it was one of best cinnamon punch I ever had in my whole life!! I really enjoyed this hotel... more

This is my first choice hotel when I go to Seoul. What I love about this hotel is. - Room, spacious and modern, very comfortable bed - beautiful washroom - if you can, get the river side room, you get to see beautiful Nansan mountain and Han River. - Near hotel, there are many shopping areas, basically you can finish... more

I have been a few times in Seoul and always stayed at the Grand Hyatt. I don`t know what got into me but I decided to stay at the JW Marriot....Wrong idea! This hotel definetly needs a major refurbishment. For the same price, you get the excellent Hyatt just close by! The lobby is disappointing to say the least and... more

I stayed here in August for business and was not impressed by the hotel. One annoying thing to note is that the airport bus drops you across the other side of the street of the hotel and you have to lug your suitcase over an overpass which is a pain if you have heavy luggage. The room was average, nothing... more

Great hotel with reasonable room rates. Location is not the best possible but taxis are not expensive and subway takes you everywhere around Seoul. Direct bus service from Incheon International Airport to the hotel main door and back. more
