I stayed in 2 Best Western hotels in Seoul, this one and Kukdo which I had the review done too. Personally I gave 4 stars to Kukdo and 3 to this one. Location wise I think Kukdo is better in terms of less walking distance to the subway as well as the stop of the airport bus. The only plus... More

Location is everything about this Hotel. Just walk outside turn left and there is the main avenue, one block to the right and find the famous needle and the stream, half a mile north is Gyeongbok Palace, and in same area Insa-dong. Half mile south and great markets there. Staff very helpful but rooms with no view. Korean Airlines Limousine to... More

New Soul Hotel is well located and well staffed. The front desk and the service staff are absolutely top notch: attentive, friendly, and very helpful, and the room was very clean. The hotel is very well located right next to Seoul Financial Center (which contains an upscale mall), and only a few minute walk from Gyeongbokgung Plaze, multitude of international... More

This hotel was perfect - the location, the staff, the accommodations. Room was big. Hotel offers rooms with a view and without a view meaning with or without a window. I had a room with a window and it was worth the extra money,

If you want to save money and walk to various historical sites or use the subway lightly, this hotel is centrally located. It is a good hotel for the average guest, but they are not reward their own hotel chain's diamond members. In fact, when asked for a potential upgrade since I was a diamond member, I was told it... Contratry to some comments regarding location and services, I found this hotel is so closed to Subway Line 1 City Hall station (Exit 4). And it is just one-block from main road, taking taxi will not be a problem to reach the hotel. Hotel staff are all friendly and willing to help. I speak English and I had no problem... More

I booked this hotel as it was my second stay at this hotel. The first time around, I had enjoyed my visit, thus when looking for a hotel near the Myeongdong area, I booked this hotel once more. This time I had requested a nice view if available as it was my friends’ birthday on checking day. Upon our arrival,... More

This hotel is right in the middle of the city yet it is quiet as soon as you step inside. The rooms have ample space, a frige, and a large closet with a safe. There is complementary bottled water every day. You can walk to a variety of restaurants and coffee shops as well as public transportation. I highly recommend... More

I stayed in this hotel for a few days before moving back home so I could be closer to the train to the airport. Despite having lived in Korea for three years and getting to know Seoul like the back of the hand, I had no idea where this hotel was, and neither did my taxi driver. It took both... More
