The Coex Intercontinental Seoul is a modern hotel that provides an average experience for the business traveler. I stayed in a Deluxe non smoking King bed room located on the 25th of 28 floors. The room was tastefully decorated with one complete wall dedicated to robe [with large safe] a set of drawers, a mini bar with TV above hidden... more

The hotel, location and staff were all very good. Consiege people are very helpful and friendly. They helped me preparing my daily itenary, printing relevant maps, writing directions for Taxi drivers in Korean language. Morning Buffet breakfast is more than adequate for the day's meal. Only the internet service is very very expensive. Extensive mall is just underground with a nearby... more

This is a good place to stay, but I wouldn't say it's a great place to stay. I'll just break it down into what I liked and didn't like. Likes: -Right on top of the Coex Mall. The Coex Mall is an incredible, sprawling, underground shopping complex and you can take an escalator right off the lobby down to the... more

Slightly sterile but clean with excellent service. Restaurants on the pricey side but plenty of cost effective retaurants in the shopping centre and good local restaurants in the surrounding streets. The swimming pool was not available while we were there which we had not been warned about when booking and internet conection was very pricey. The location was not ideal... more

Plus points: 1) there is a casino linked on the 2nd level, so it's one way to spend some time 2) the concierge was good, and provided information readily 3) huge mall underground, so easy to find food Minus points 1) The porter took down my languagge from the taxi and actually left it near to the check in counter... more

I was recently at the COEX Intercontinental Hotel in Seoul and wanted to post a review for those on business to this hotel which is close to the COEX exhibition center. The hotel is very often confused with the GRAND Intercontinental Hotel which is about a kilometer away. Even the locals get it confused and taxi drivers have driven me... more

We stayed for one night in Seoul as a stopover on our way back to Shanghai. The InterContinental COEX was certainly a good experience. It is clearly a business hotel and ideally located for conferences right next to the COEX exhibition centre. It is however a bit further from downtown and with bad traffic in Seoul, it takes quite some... more

The hotel is big enough, nice personnel, rooms are clean, windows are big, however, some rooms have the smell of smoke. Overall, very nice hotel, with pool. more
