Its a business hotel, I think they upgraded me to a Bussiness Suite on the 59th floor, but not sure. Gym was great, biggest ive seen, but then its a big Hotel, I used it in the afternoon I would imagine it may get busy in the morning. I was only in for one night, it was a positive experience.... more

I stayed here in May 2009 for 7 days on business. I got everything I expected and more, all the staff are very helpful and well-informed. The hotel offers a choice of pillows, which I found very helpful service. It's a great location for shops but all this comes at a price aimed at businessmen. The main eating area offers... more

The Hotel is OK as to cleanliness, etc. A typical large chain businessman's dormitory. The downside is the beds are awful. Very hard. It's unclear whether this is to accomodate local travelers who may be used to the Korean Equivelent of futons or the hotel just bought bad mattresses, more

You should take the limo bus (14000 won) right outside arrivals, it stops at a couple of other hotels en route but is very comfortable. When I arrived there was no record of my reservation and the hotel was full but after about 20min a room was found. I still wonder who was evicted at short notice. I thought the... more

COEX Intercontinental Seoul (hereafter CIS) was generally a satisfying experience with no complaints worth discussing on forums. Having said that, there was nothing spectacular about it either – a few areas came close to being ‘excellent’ but in no areas did it top my charts. I did enjoy my overall stay and was left happy as I left the property.... more

I can't say a bad thing about this hotel. The service is great, the food is great, and it is very conveniently located. That is, it was conveniently located for my business trip. It is connected to a large underground mall, which is also connected to several office buildings. We had some bad weather while I was there and we... more

I stayed at the COEX while attending meetings this past June. The best hotel gym I have experienced to-date - large, clean, extended opening hours, and towel service. Good coffee readily available. The hotel bar and restaurants are expensive, but convenient. More cost-effective options are available in the mall below the convention centre. If you need in-room Internet access and... more

I selected this hotel because of the convenience of getting there from the Incheon airport. At the airport (and back) you can take a bus for 14000 WON directly to the hotel. It's easy, cheap and convenient. The hotel itself met and exceeded al mij expectations. It is the way a five star hotel should be. The breakfast buffet is... more
