Hotel was surprisingly centrally located and very convenient in terms of access to food, transport and shopping as well as sightseeing. Due to it location in the heart of the city, it can be slightly noisy outside during day time and late weekend nights but i find it acceptable. Rooms are small but nice with a big bathroom. Internet is... More

I won't stay here again. I booked a twin room (extra cost) but the beds were jammed together. Room was nice with a view of bars & roof tops. The maids did a good job and room very clean. At night I could smell smoke and rooms were overheated. Has a fitness centre (extra charge) with old fashioned equipment and... More

Stayed there for 4 days for conference. Staff quite helpful. Room is clean. Crabtree & Evelyn toiletries. 5 minutes walk to subway station. Airport limousine bus stops right in front of hotel. Quite convenient bus service to Incheon Airport.

The room size is reasonable and the friendly staffs keep it clean. The room internet may be a bit slow at times (I don't know why). A short cab ride will take you to restaurants and your shopping needs. You can book this hotel at a great discounted prices on some travel sites. One inconvenient item to note is that... More

This hotel is older and tired. It really needs a facelift - badly. Rooms have not been updated for a very long time. Seems to be surviving on the BRAND NAME of BEST WESTERN and it's brisk catering business. Breakfast was good - Service was good - INTERNET IS LOUSY - Bring a cord to connect - as wireless is... More

I stayed at this hotel as part of an education conference. The best thing about the hotel is the outstanding breakfast that was served. There was a wide variety of Western and Korean fare. It was all excellent. The staff was also very helpful and professional. The rooms, however, were a bit dated and some smelled a bit smoky. Overall... More

This hotel was much nicer than I imagined. I had a lovely city view of Mapo street on the lovely 11th floor. The Internet was free and worked great. The lobby was luxurious and the whole place spotlessly clean. I did not eat there, but the food looked good, and I walked to several good places for food. I will... More

Hotel very close to subway, has many little restaurants around. Airport shuttle right at the gate. Rooms are a bit small, but clean enough. Front dest very helpful and friendly. Taxi drivers all know the hotel so it's always easy to get back there, otherwise it would be terrible for somone who does not speak Korean.

I stayed at the Seoul Garden Hotel for around 7 days as part of a tour of Korea. The location is great--close to two subway stops with lots of fun places to eat and drink nearby. Breakfast was good, and I brought a wifi router so I had no Internet problems. The hotel was clean, and the rooms were always... More
