I must say the room is quite clean, although it takes some time to figure out how to operate the aircon. Basically the hotel seems to be newly renovated, and friendly hotel maid. But basically that is all to the good points of the hotel. One observation; twice, I heard hotel customers complaining about the room temperature. For my case,... More

We booked 3 nights in Jan 2014 but stayed for only 2 hours. Then we moved to other hotel immediately. Small room with no windows can be opened. Air-conditioning was out-of-order, only hot air emitted and room temperature became 30C. Hotel staff asked us to sleep with the door opened....... Hotel staff in very poor English and refused to help... More

Nice hotel. Clean and well equipped room, comfortable beds. Room is of "normal" asian size (double bed room), I didn't find it that small. Wifi doesn't work so well inside the room. Staff speaks enough English to be able to communicate. Lobby of the hotel could be much better, doesn't look so attractive (why not put some sofas there instead... More

this hotel advertised as 3.5 star ??? luckily stayed only one night there, the room was tiny, not especially clean with a strong cigaret smell. Room had a shower that would not drain and flood the bathroom. At almost 1 am in the morning it took 8 different requests consisting of 2 phone calls (hang-up on) and 2 separate trips... More

We stayed for 2 nights in the Sutton Hotel. The hotel does not have much activity in the immediate area but it is close to a number of shopping and restaurant districts. It is right across the street from the Cheong-gye stream, a beautiful linear park that runs across the downtown. The lobby is a large open space that has... More

We booked this hotel 3 weeks prior to arrival and stayed between 31/10/13 till 5/11/13. Like numerous travelers before me, finding the hotel was the first concern. You cannot find the hotel on google map as the street view is always on the opposite side and picture of the hotel was old and cannot see the sign on top of... More
